No frills property but excellent value. Very close to the beach. Stayed with another family; total 4 adults and 6 kids aged 10 to 3. Rooms are bunk beds with lockable cabinets. Shared bathrooms. 2 restrooms for each sex, as well as separate shower facilities with 4 open stalls. Washing machine available, but no dryer. You may not bring alcohol on site, but there is limited beer for purchase. Breakfast is toast and juice. Bring your own toiletries and towels.

A nice place to stay in Haeundae
I was very happy with my stay at With Guesthouse. It is a 5 minute walk from the main street in Haeundae. I stayed in the family room with five of my friends, and we all enjoyed our time. The shower room is a shared shower room, which is a little strange for a family establishment, as there were many families staying there. The front door locks at midnight (12:00am), but there is a code to unlock the door if you are out late. Overall, it was a great price for the location. The owner is very friendly and eager to help!

A very enjoyable and true hostel stay.
There's an open dining area to hang out with friends and there were always people always coming in and out. The English staff was very nice and friendly! One of the guys talked with us and recommended places to eat, which was very helpful. Another man helped us find transportation to our next destination. Heads up! A light breakfast is provided until 10am! Showers rooms are divided by gender and not sectionalized, so there's no privacy.

Hostel is a mess and dirty
Pros: good location and friendly owner Cons: hostel is a total mess... boxes laying on the ground in the lobby, old toothpaste, old toothbrush and old soap everywhere. The room i was in was not clean once in 3 days, bathroom not clean once and im not even sure my bed was clean before i got there. Old towel for the shower, old bed that you can feel all the spring inside, dirty pillow. Owner is trying to save money at every things so the lights are always turn off, you have to pay for coffee, the dishes for the breakfast are dirty and I could go on. It's sad because this hostel had.. and still have so much potential but the owner gave up on it. I would not recommand this hostel in this current state.
