Modern, clean and comfortable. Very good WiFi and workspaces available. Breakfast very good. Excellent bedding. Parking. Nicely decorated for the Season Holidays as well. Highly recommended.

Very good but not GREAT
The hotel was in a great location. It was quiet and you felt safe. No issues with that. The room was rather large and had a king size bed, but it was rather stiff to my liking. We were on the 10th floor so of course it was quiet from the street noise and quiet from the other guests as well. Breakfast was very good. Alot of variety to eat and drink. The breakfast area was very large, clean and comfortable, other than one of our table legs was shorter and made the table wiggle. Check out was too easy, just had to pay the city tax and that was it. Overall very good, but not "great"

Good business hotel.
Good business hotel. Excellent parking facility, and just outside Verona. There are few good restaurants in the aera, so you don't have to eat in the hotel.

Nice mid range Hotel
This is a good mid-range Hotel with quiet spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is great. It is nicely located in the moddle between Verona and the Garda Lake and you can reach both within 15 minutes drive . Some nice restaurants within 5 minutes drive and at least one that I tried within walking distance . I will come back with my family in December .

Location was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was awesome!!!!! Staff was friendly. Nice hotel option as we wanted to spend one day at Lake Garda and one day at Verona.

There are some things I did not likeFirst thing that is only one left for the whole hotel and it’s far from the center and everything so you need to have a car because the taxi too much and they cannot give you iron do you use for your clothes and I have to The hotel service and then a little bit expensive

Three stars at most!
Pros: Clean, spacious room with good bed linen. Staff at the bar and dining hall were polite and efficient. Bus stops nearby. Cons: The only sign of life were a few people smoking outside. The place is completely lacking in any kind of atmosphere. We booked a double bed and were given two separate singles, told that a double was "subject to availability", which was not made clear in the booking. They proceeded to push the beds together. We couldn't get into our room on a daily basis because of the weirdly shaped key, which looked like something out of a Harry Potter movie. Our first night's meal was a warmed up and still partly frozen lasagne out of a box - the restaurant was unavailable - no warning to guests. We still had to pay for this offering. The barman offered to reheat the lasagne - isn't this a health risk? No kettle or tea service in the room. No iron, so you'd be forced to use their laundry service. Bath mat was filthy and dirt was ingrained. Should be easy enough to replace this regularly.

We are a bit unhappy with the description of the location because although Bussolengo is a small village has a great location being 10 minutes away from Lake Garda, amusement parks, the famous Valpolicella wine district and some villages recognized Unesco heritage. Our Reception is always available to give good advice to our guests, it is a pity you did not take advantage of it. We are sorry you did not have a king size bed but it is signposted on the portal in which you booked that alternatively two French beds are assigned: much larger than a king size if placed close. About the iron in the room: for safety reasons you will not find it in hotels in Italy. Laundry service is available as in all 4-star hotels. True, the kettle is not present in the room, but a service bar 7-24 is available. We are sorry to read that you didn't appreciate our lasagna, hope you ‘ll try other dishes in our restaurant on your next visit. On your next visit in Verona, try our Montresor Hotel Palace, much closer to the heart of Verona much more suitable for your preferences by reading this review. Kindest regards

I love this hotel!
I love this hotel. Great location close to Verona city, Lake Garda, the Vineyards and the Highway. Outstanding service and very friendly staff. Excellent price to value experience.

Good for overnight stay.
Clean, convenient hotel with air conditioning. Restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Front desk was not helpful with information about restaurants when we asked. There was an afternoon happy hour with DJ and appetizers that the front desk did not mention.

The hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast is great, all you can eat. The staff is very friendly. No problems with parking. We were there with family, so I recommend also because it is close to everything you can visit near Verona.

Great base for exploring if you have a car!
Everything was fine, allowed to check in early as room was ready, lovely and clean smelling everywhere. Good breakfast . Great location for exploring Lake Garda, Verona and nearby theme parks. However you do need a car as there is not a lot of places nearby to walk to and didn't really see any buses close to area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Reasonably priced, luxury hotel in quiet location
This is a lovely, modern hotel in a quiet town, well situated for visiting region around Lake Garda. The staff are friendly, efficient and professional, and are happy to help with local advice. Rooms are clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The first floor restaurant offers a wonderful, varied menu, and a well-stocked wine cellar. The breakfast room on the top floor of the tower serves a full and varied buffet-style breakfast, and outstanding views of the surrounding area. Within the hotel complex are two banks, with ATM's and full counter service, if needed, and a gym with personal trainers, and the hotel has excellent Conference facilities. There is free parking in the grounds of the hotel, as well as a secure underground car park, for a small additional fee. I would happily stay here again, and give it my whole-hearted recommendation.

Walking distance to supermarkets and shops.
The hotel should be a 5 star, the breakfast was fantastic there was eggs bacon cereal toast yoghurt fruit you name it they had it, it was on the 13th floor what a view. Also the hotel was spotless clean and rooms very big, the staff was my favorite they were ever so nice and was very helpful. this hotel is a must to stay. We would defiantly go back. Thank you to all the staff in the hotel for just being ever so nice and patient with us, because we only could speak English. Wendy, Bernard, and Joseph.

Lobby was big and impressive. Was a nice clean big room. Bed was ok and bathroom was good and clean. Giuseppe at reception was very pleasant and spoke good English. Free parking was a bonus. Not close to anything. Was recommended to go to La Fucina restaurant round the corner; although lovely surroundings and place, not enough staff and left disappointed. 25 mins drive from Lake Garda Had a hire car so cost me half the price it would have done on Lake Garda.

i enjoyed everything thing. The rooms had wooden floors. Bathrooms marble and nice. Good size rooms. clean. hotel very near to sushi place...awesome food. it's a bit out from Verona but we had a car so it wasn't a big deal. breakfast was great...on the 13th floor...it was with amazing view.

Good hotel, albeit an expensive taxi ride to/from centre of town, airport or the Fiera so allow €25/30 per trip. Good size rooms and beds, nice bathroom. Relieved to find excellent wi-fi in the room, the only annoyance was that there was only one power socket in the room for the TV which meant I had to unplug TV to charge laptop or phone.....! Good choice of breakfasts, helpful reception staff.

nice hotel, great staff but a few problems. only 2 lifts and 13 floors we had to use the emergency stairs a lot of the time & when 1 of the lifts broke down it was terrible. free parking and plenty of it. As it has a conference center a leisure facility including a pool would be a big plus so people can unwind after a days work

Great stopover location and for Lake Garda.
We used this hotel as a stopover travelling from Southern France to Venice. The location was fantastic being 5 minutes from the autostrade. It turned out to be 10 minutes from the charming Lake Garda commune of Lazise so even if you are only staying one night, an evening or early morning here is a must! Venice is less then an hour away and Verona only 15 minutes. Overall the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly and polite.

Perfect retreat between Verona and Lago di Garda
Bussolengo nestles right between busy Verona and picturesque Lago di Garda and the Montresor Tower Hotel is the perfect location for your stay in this area. My husband and I checked out numerous hotels in Verona and on the lake as well as vacation homes, but no one came close to what Montresor Tower had to offer, it was fabulous. You can see the "tower" from quite a distance, it's probably the highest building in the area. It's stylish, modern, sleek and clean and the breakfast room is on the 13th floor boasting spectacular views of the mountains and the area. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and you can sample all those wonderful Italian delicacies for breakfast. They will even make you a fresh espresso or latte macchiato for breakfast. All the staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. It really started feeling like home after a week and everybody seemed to know us and our names. Even though there were lots of tour groups, they still remembered our names and room number, offered our favorite drinks without asking and took very good care of us. Everybody was very warm and welcoming and we will definitely stay there again next time. The staff is multi-lingual and knows the area really well. They helped us with anything we needed or wanted. We left with a smile on our faces and we can only recommend this hotel to travelers who are used to US luxury hotels and large beds...... that's exactly what you'll get, but even better, with an Italian flair!

Excellent hotel, central in Bussolengo, close to Lake Garda and Verona, friendly/helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. Would highly recommend this holet to anyone!!!
