“I hate wedding parties.”
The hotel was decorated nicely and is in a great location. The woman at the front desk even gave us a toy for our little one! The stay was awful. Not completely the fault of the hotel, unless you include where they place the guests and the temperature of the pool. I was there with my husband, 6 year old, and 18 month old. Silence is important. We were next to a wedding party. WOOO! was being shouted constantly as you can hear people falling down. Some girl came banging on MY door at 1 am. That was it, after laying there for hours trying to comfort the youngest child and not freak out i just couldn't take it anymore. I went down to tell the man working at the front desk. They were quiet after he talked to them, but apparently I wasn't the first guest to complain. They should have been told to leave at the second complaint, but they weren't. They were in the breakfast area the next morning still wearing their suits and dresses from the night before. They were taking up every table, and they weren't even eating. They sat there drinking water and oj replenishing from the night before. My family had to bring our breakfast to our room on the second floor to eat. We were only there so my daughter would sleep before our drive home and so my son could have fun in the pool. The pool was too cold to use. My daughter couldn't stop shaking! And we got no sleep. A huge waste of money!!
