“Great for the Price”
We needed a place to stay for a Wedding we were going to for 2 Nights, The staff was very friendly, The rooms were Clean( we had 3 rooms)The beds were pretty comfortable also. The location isn't far from shopping and restaurants. The only thing is the parking is a little tight when all the rooms are full . I would definitely Recommend this motel to people, The price was right
“Underrated hotel”
Service was extremely courteous, the desk clerk saw us and gave us a convenient room on the first floor near the desk rather than making us climb to the second floor. The room was quite similar to other two stars we've stayed in, but with one bed instead of two. Ideal for us, but not for everyone. The location was very convenient. It was quiet and room access was very easy. Only problems were less choices in the free breakfast than usual, and a dangerous exit onto a busy highway. These people seem intent on establishing a good reputation, by being especially nice to their guests. For the money, it was a good buy.

This was a great location for us. I had the best sleep in years. Pets are allowed Rooms were clean.

We thought the proximity to the adjoining railroad tracks we be a possible noise problem but that never materialized. Everything was fine!
“STAY IN BUTLER PA”
THE FIRST ROOM I HAD WAS BETTER THEN SECOND ROOM THE FIRST HAD TEMP CONTROLED HEATING UNIT AND ROOM DID NOT GET OVER HEATED OR STUFFY LIKE THE SECOND. OVER ALL HOTEL WAS GOOD BUT THE ENTRY DOOR I USED WAS NOT ABLE TO BE LOCKED OR SECURED WHEN SAYING AFTER THIS TIME DOOR IS SECURE.
“Ask for a room in front - by Route 8”
Good value, rooms in front (by Route 8) are quiet. Rooms in back are not so quiet. Trains on the other side of Connoquenessing creek behind the hotel connect and disconnect at all hours of the night. The engines, bells, and horns interrupted my sleep numerous times.
“A very good value”
Room was clean. Continental style breakfast was weak. We skipped breakfast and headed to Reicholds Cafe. Excellent food.
“Great for trains”
For rail fans this is a great hotel with two railroad mainlines (B&PRR and B&LE) visible from the back side of the hotel.
“Butler PA - BMH”
Nothing special.
“Good for the price”
Pretty decent place. Lots of accessibility to restaurants. Place was well kept, clean.
