Lazy staff kept saying pool would open in a couple hours but when I called and acted like a different guest after checking in already staff member said the pool was not going to open when asked if they had a working pool

Sheets were not changed on the bed. After laying down and later getting up I noted lots of hair and other stains that definitely were not mine.

Five stars
It was so nice to get a spacious room with clean, comfy beds and a nice bathroom. Everything was comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff were excellent.

The room was spacious, and was one of the cleanest room I've stayed in. You could tell the housekeeping team cares about their rooms. The front desk was thorough but fast. All the staff was quite polite. And finally, the breakfast was great, as it was a typical Continental breakfast, but with multiple options. It included: Bagels, muffins, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, 3 different breads for toast, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh fruit, and a variety of refreshments.

Don’t recommend it
1. The room is quite dirty, it is clear that the previous occupants did not vacuum or wash the floor, there is other people’s hair in the bathroom/bed and towels 2.One day there was a hair in the breakfast food and the milk for the cereal was stale. 3.We asked 4 times to change our bed linen and clean the room, they only changed the towels, and every time they said that tomorrow they would change it and clean everything(but as is already clear this does not happen) 4.The room key card works terribly, you constantly have to go to the front desk to fix the problem 5. There is almost no hot water in the shower; out of 8 days of stay at the hotel there was hot water only 2 times 6. During the 8 days of stay, the hotel did not update the bath amenities even once. 7. The hotel and employees absolutely ignore all requests from residents The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location, the guy from the front desk was very helpful and responsive, and the strawberry waffles (but even that doesn’t “even out” the situation)

We were traveling with a dog and they put us in the last dog friendly room. The room reeked of another dog to the point we had to buy an air purifier and have the window open to get the stank out. While I get it is a pet friendly room, no room should smell the way it did. It needed a deep clean. The beds were super uncomfortable as well and was disappointed with the experience.

We apologize for you having to go through that. We've increased our training to our staff to move people to a room regardless of having a pet if it was the only one that was available. Hopefully, you spoke to staff to get your room changed.We have professional carpet cleaners coming into the hotel as well as a new enzyme cleaner in the rooms to help with odors and other issues. We've increased our training to our staff to look for these issues in future. Please feel free to reach out to me the next time you're in the area that way we can properly host you as this is not the norm at the Comfort Inn Butte City Center.
