The check in process and the Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was very small and the hotel was very noisy until about 3:00 am!

First arriving there the staff did not understand the credit card number being different due to me booking through a 3rd party online website. Second the hotel smells like cigarettes and is very musty. The hotel appliances (fridge, microwave and outlets) did not work and the fridge smelt so bad. Third the staff and manager accused my guests (family and friends) of things that were not true and they were very rude about it and never apologized about the accusations after finding out it wasn’t true. They stormed into the room while someone was in the bathroom and forced them to come out of the bathroom all to accuse him of something that wasn’t true and was proven to be not true. They gossiped about the accusation to all the rest of the staff “cleaners” even thought they should have never been involved. I was highly disappointed and hope they treat their future guests no matter the age group with more respect. After all people are paying for rooms that weren’t even in working order and never cause any issues.

Hello we are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay due to staff trying to locate the drug users in your group. I can say that no one stormed into your room and that the door was left open and 2 staff call out into the room due to the smell coming from inside. The guy I. The bathroom opened the door with a lighter in his hand. Weither you know what your friends do or not is not our concern, our concern is for the children staying at our hotel that are subjected to what your friend was doing and it is toxic and harmful. Our other cleaners up on that floor overheard you all talking about it in your room and then the guy seeking out any staff member that would listen to plead his case was quite a give away of guilt. Next time you stay somewhere please think of your surroundings and the kids that maybe around your room before unwillingly subjecting them to harmful substances. Thank you for your feedback.
Our floors had a bunch of dirt on them and the bed had dirt in the sheets. The location of the room was unfortunate on our end because a bunch of people were trying to destroy the vending machine and making a ton of noise. We called the front desk and yelled at the group of guys but it continued through the night.

We are very sorry for the group of drunk guys that were trying to destroy our vending machine. Upon investigating in the morning we found what room they were in and we charge them and make sure that they left that day. Saint Patrick's Day is it big holiday in this town does not give them the right to disturb other guests or try to destroy others property. We do really apologize that you were Disturbed and we hope to see you again sometime when there's not a bunch of drunken college kids running around.
Nothing we liked, very dirty, noisy, no elevator to 2nd floor, carpets haven't been vacuumed, large flooded area in parking lot. Dirtiest place I've ever stayed at.

The front desk lady was very rude and short tempered, they never had any clean towels, the outsde doors wouldnt unlock and had to constantly get our cards reactivated

Snow and huge puddle in parking lot. Lots of Dog poop on top of snow on sidewalks. Inside of rooms not vacuumed. Stayed the night to avoid incoming snow today, will never stay in this location again.

Very dirty, the parking had tons of potholes and needed to be plowed, our rooms weren’t cleaned on time. I booked 3 rooms and none of them were clean until 2 hrs after check in time, very unprofessional people working there. Dressed in pajamas and not in work attire. I would not ever stay there again and wouldn’t recommend anyone either. I am very disappointed and I would be so embarrassed if this was my business!!

Key cards wouldn’t work even after being ‘fixed ‘by front desk. No bath tub mat. Nearly fell! Breakfast pans were nearly empty. Bathroom floor needed sweeping/ cleaning!

We were given a room overlooking the pool. Immediately upon opening room door, we were faced with a strong mildew/chlorine odor. The bathroom shower grout probably has not been scrubbed in 80 years, full of mold. There was a huge clump of hair on the shower wall. Our shears were stained. Overall the building is run down and needs a face lift/paint job. It's pretty bad. Will never stay here again and will never recommend to family. Probably the worst Ramada I've ever seen. Motel 6 might actually be nicer. I've heard the Days Inn is better quality for the price. Neighbors were super loud. Doors slam. Dogs barking. Staff were kind.

Scammed with a charge
I like the idea of the casino/bar in the hotel. That’s why I stay there. The rooms are clean. The front desk clerk, Riley, was exceptionally nice and friendly.only problem after I booked through Expedia and paid them your local Ramada Inn-Butte-billed me for $112.62 and when I called they told me it’s not them so called your corporate who referred me to hotels. Com. They are at least checking into it. I am going to dispute the charge on my visa because I’m not paying for your hotel’s mistake
