“Warm and Friendly Atmosphere”

Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived and was greeting with a warm and pleasant smile from the front desk staff. Our room was very nice and clean. Fluffy pillows and fresh clean smelling room.

“Home again”

I love this hotel, it's quiet, comfy and close to what I needed. The service was good, rooms were clean, and even the stairway (which I try to take as often as I can) was clean. If you eat at the restaurant ajacent, make sure they know you're staying in the hotel, they give you a discount.

“a pretty good hotel”

this is a nice hotel. Comfortable beds, chairs in the room, decent TV channels, clean room, convenient parking, restaurant next door, easy to get to off Rt 131, the pool was satisfactory as was the hot tub, the morning breakfast was good although it was only grain type food, no eggs/sausage,etc. The only complaint I have and I suppose it's rather minor is that when I was checking out, I wanted to print my boarding passes from the public computer, but it must have had a dial up connection because it was so slow I gave up in frustration. But this is a good hotel all in all.

“Close to Gun Lake Casino”

Great place to stay. Front desk was aweome! It is only about 13 miles from Gun Lake Casino.

“Excellent Choice”

This hotel was all we expected and more! I was exceptionally pleased with the price of the stay. This hotel has a luxurious look and feel, both outside and in. The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was very clean and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and quiet. We especially appreaciated that the pool and hot tub were open until midnight - we made 3 trips to the pool total! All around great place to stay and I WILL choose this hotel for future business/leisure trips.

“Very Impresses”

The room, pool, breakfast lounge were all wonderfully maintained. The staff was exceptional. We locked are van keys in the van (on Sunday morning) and they checked around and found a business willing to come and help us out. We will definitely stay there again.

“A nice friendly place to stay.”

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff is what you get at this hotel. Check in was fast and easy. It is close by to shopping and various great eating establishments and a short expressway trip takes you into the downtown area where you can find many different things to do and see. Reasonable accomidations with great staff.

“Nice place to stay. Verify convenient for visits to Byron Center”

I liked this hotel. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were not impressive, but they were clean and everything worked. We used the ironing board and iron that came with the room. There is a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. My wife and I went there once for a midnight snack. The food was OK. The continental breakfast was OK. I've had better Belgian waffles and definitely better pastries. However, at least they had a free continental breakfast. Regarding our opinions on food, keep in mind we're spoiled by the food here in the San Francisco bay area; the only food we really liked on the whole trip was Taco Bell. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with great accommodations. Just wish they had an ice machine on the second floor!

“Enjoyed the hot tub but wish it was a little hotter”

The experience was great we ate next door and got a discount that was nice. The staff were very friendly!
