“Good Hotel”

I think it is a good hotel. I stayed there for 2 nights I can't complain of anything. The breakfast was acceptable for a 2 stars hotel. There is wireless internet but it is not accessible through my room (2nd floor) I had to go to the breakfast room to surf the internet through wireless

“Accomodating”

We are from Big Rapids and I needed a room for myself, because my husband was having surgery that day and needed to stay overnight. The lady at the desk asked me if I would feel safer if I had a room by the office. I thought that was so considerate of her. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. Also, it was less than 10 minutes from the hospital.

“Excellent Customer Service!!”

I left my $50 memory foam pillow (specialized for CPAP therapy) at the hotel. I called and they offered to mail it to me. I am very pleased with the customer service at this hotel. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub!!

“Very impressed”

This was our first stay at Days Inn Cadillac and we were very impressed. The room was large and very clean and very comfortable. The hotel was clean and everyone was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

“Great Staff, Clean Room”

We loved the woman working that night, she was great! Our rooms were easy to get to, clean, nice decor... The pool and hot tub were very nice and open late. Our only suggestion was to have a bigger room for the continental breakfast and more variety of food.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

Picked it for price, but it was surprisingly nice and very clean. Did not expect fridge and microwave. Next door to a robust looking adventure park for younger kids. C-stores and food very close. Right on highway. We'll go back

“The "Cadillac" of Cadillac"”

Extremely well kept inside and out. Great location for kids...right next to a small waterpark and mini-golf course. Located across the street from a lake. I had a king size bed room that came with a jacuzzi. Service was excellent. Very helpful at the front desk. Very good continental breakfast (free too). Highly recommend this hotel.
