Nice suburb surroundings!!Posted Aug 13, 2013
Room is very great, and so is the bathroom...the outdoors restaurant was a truly great experince with the barbacoa (BBQ) and good wine. This hotel is closest to the airport as well, just about 5 minutes!

Super HotelPosted Jun 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
Despite being twenty minutes from the centre of Jerez this is a great small hotel with only about 35 rooms, in a great setting- right in the middle of farming land and five minutes from Jerez Airport. The staff are very welcoming and obliging- remember you are in Spain so their main language is Spanish. The food is excellent and tremendous value, as are the wines. The hotel is only three years old and is well decorated and furnished. The outdoor pool area is delightful-astroturf not grass, so can get hot underfoot . Be prepared for large events which they cater for eg weddings, graduations etc. We were staying there as our son was graduating from the Pilot School at the airport. Breakfast is buffet style without a huge choice but I think it is good value. The only downside is the distance from Jerez itself but as you need a car to get around in the area anyway it's no real problem.

Fantastic StayPosted Mar 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
If there would be an option to give six stars, I would do it. The best is the feeling of the atmosfere, contributed by great staff, location an the premisses. After long time I went to a hotel where I am not only correctly welcomed, which is what you pay for and it is perfectly ok, but you get more, human personality, warm communication... already made another booking...

Cortijo de DuchaPosted Jul 23, 2012 on Hotels.com
This hotel is very different, I like the style of the building and the decor. Very peaceful setting with a wonderful pool. Not many trees around so it gets very hot in the courtyard and there was no table umbrella on the balcony so it was far too hot to sit on the balcony during the day. Food from the restaurant was impeccable. Good prices, great service and great tasting food!

How to feel like Andalucian nobility!Posted Jul 5, 2012 on Hotels.com
The rooms were lovely big and clean. I was in a disabled room which was impressive in my books.Large Wet Room bath room. Its very quiet with plenty of free parking. The breakfast wasn't included but was very in expensive, be warned though it can be Spanish style which is a very basic meal mainly of juice/bread/cereal/olive oil. This wasn't a problem to us. The views are relaxing and rural even though very near Jerez airport. I never noticed the aircraft even though its no more than 5-10 mins away from terminal. Its a little tricky to get to and the trick is to head into airport and just before pilot training exit double back on yourself. We had decided to stay a night because we wanted to see la feria de jerez. And very nice it was too. Its close by i don't think a taxi would be expensive.I was very happy with my stay and wished we had stayed longer it was a lovely luxury old cortijo made into a lovely hotel. With regards to English speaking staff i was unable to experience it as i speak fluent Spanish and like to practice it as often as possible ;)

Hotel Cortijo de Ducha JerezPosted Apr 16, 2012 on Hotels.com
Very new hotel (less than 12 month's old) only five minutes from Jerez Airport. Isolated in farmland but in beautiful setting and about 10 minutes drive from Jerez itself. Beautifully appointed. Food excellent and not expensive. Room we had was superb. Has a lovely outdoor pool but not open until May.
