Amazing views, good quality breakfasts. Location is good, old town is 45 minutes walk,but you may take a bus if needed. No kettle in the room.

Generally speaking staff was good except for one lady that help me with the check in. I guess she was on bad mood. Other than that, other folks were very friendly and nice with me and family. Location is walking distance to the beach, a lot of options for restaurants, chiringuitos (bar on the beach) and close to public transportation.

The property was a little outdated and our side view room was very limited, we had to stand outside on the lanai at the very far end to get a view of the ocean

This hotel has excellent location, the staff is very friendly and professional. The room very spacious with balcony and the housekeeping service excellent ( thank to manoli and loli ). The breakfast espectacular ( thank to Alberto, Teodoro, paco and Andres ). The reception súper profesional, they help wit all trips ( Thank Karen, Tatuana , Alvaro, Javier, Antonio, and Noelia ). I strongly recommend this hotel to visit Cadiz.

The oceanview from 5th floor was fantastic. My brother booked Oceanview and ended up on 1st floor where view was obscured by the pool area. Hotel in great location near restaurants we enjoyed. However, our rooms were dated with old scratched furniture and floor. Amenities poor for a 4 star hotel. There was a fridge but no teapot or coffee pot. I asked front desk 3 times for electric tea kettle and finally received one, with 2 cups, but not even a teabag, no sugar or creamer, no spoon. There was only 1 small garbage can in the bathroom, none in main bedroom area. Buffet breakfast was o.k. with cost 18 Euros. Summary: great view and beach but anticipate Hotel will have competition with new hotel being built next to it.

The location was amazing. The views fantastic. Some staff great (well one) the other two on reception were not very friendly. The hotel is more 3 star as it’s dated and the facility’s are poor.

The staff went above and beyond to help and make sure we had the best stay! They opened the breakfast early so we could eat before we left. They allowed me to have my lost luggage delivered there even though I had checked out 2 days prior. Very friendly! The rooms are beautiful and clean, very up to date. I have no complaints at all. As far as price goes, it was a little expensive, but in the end it was worth it!

Amazing hotel just next to the beach!
Amazing hotel just next to the beach. We had a room with beach front view. Enjoyed our breakfast on the terrasse every morning. Beautiful beach with many good restaurants nearby. Cadiz city center is a lovely place just a short bus/taxi ride away. You can even walk there as it is only a couple of kilometers. The hotel staff is very friendly and overall the hotel is amazing!

Very Nice
Nice rooms with balcony. Even those with partial beach view are nice. Friendly staff View from restaurant is fantastic. Breakfast with view gives perfect start for the day.

The beach view from our room was amazing! the only negative was the treatment by the front desk staff. For what we paid for a beachfront room my expectation from the front desk staff would be first class treatment instead it was more like Motel 6 .

The hotel is in a great location and the access to the beach is probably the best of all hotel properties. The staff was great to us. My only downside of my stay, I must say it, is that my wife and I are people of color and all the guests looked shocked that we were there. I don’t think they are use to seeing people of color there, we’ll get use it! The staff treated us well and with kindness.

This is the only property on the water, it is clean and the staff helpful. The Sun chairs protected from the wind and it can get Windy. bathrooms and some furniture showing a bit of wear but still clean

Huge room right on the beautiful beach- can hear the waves. Bliss. About 3 k from the centre but plenty going on in the vicinity . Hotel was smart but very brightly lit so using the bar was not appealing and you were not allowed outside after 8 (unless a private party!) we had to request clean hand towels and shower gel. The cups were not washed and tea and coffee not replaced. Furniture in the room a little shabby. Overall had a great time but hotel disappointing. Cádiz is wonderful!

Great location. Did end up paying for an upgrade as the room did not meet expectations - partial view meant view of the street Garage was a tight fit for the car we rented - damages to the rim Coffee machine in room would have been a nice added amenity Hotel is a little dated, needs a refresh from its hotel rooms to the public areas
