This hotel seriously under-performs and does not justify its 5 star rating or its prices.
Facilities are great, and so is the beach.
Front desk staff, as well as restaurant supervisors/maitre d's - tends to start every response with a "No".
Breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 to 10:30 - which in a resort hotel at the beach seems way to short, especially for families with kids who get exhausted and during the day and tend to sleep late.
The only place open for lunch between 12noon and 1:30 is the Bar where they serve a very limited menu of tapas so it seems like this place expects its non-spanish guests to switch to the Spanish meal times during their stay at the hotel. Again, somthing that affects a family's daily rhythm, if you can't eat properly at your usual meal time so you're basically forced to get in a car and drive somewhere else for lunch.
Dinner options are plenty, and food quality is OK, but in our opinion do not justify the prices.
