Doesn't have bar. Very quiet in a beautiful environment. Great location.

“Great Granada Hotel”

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights while visiting Granada. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well appointed. The room was a little on the small side. The hotel's breakfast buffet was fantastic and reasonably priced. The parking garage is convenient and reasonably priced. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to Plaza Nueva, where there are many shops and places to eat. The hotel booked our Alhambra tour for the wrong day, but the tour company fixed the problem.

“Nice little hotel if not a little awkward in a good location”

Agree with previous reviews that this is not a true 5 star hotel. I think they are struggling to develop a cohesive identity as a hotel. It is a nice setting inside, but the street out front is rather ugly (mainly due to construction across the street--3/2010). They had significant water damage in the hallways due to the recent rainstorms (unusually high amount of water). Given that it was still rain season I could forgive the damage, but I would anticipate it be fixed soon (especially for 5 star service). The room was lovely and very comfortable, although they gave us two twins pushed together as a king--this didn't bother me in particular but I found it a little lacking for a 5 star hotel. It's got a great location by the Andalusian riding school and the Sandeman Bodega. It's a short walk to the historic center and I found it quite pleasant to stay here.
