A very nice hotel only a short walk to the beach.Posted Sep 4, 2014
For a 3 star hotel the decor throughout was excellent , the continental breakfast options were more than expected, the bedroom was very comfortable with a flat screen TV and a safe in the wardrobe. The bathroom had a shower with two showerheads! which was part of the bathroom with a shower curtain rather than being enclosed. Overall a very pleasant experience

Good location for visiting the old town. Bus stop only 20yards away, next to public car park which we used and was fine. Frequent, cheap bus to town. Helpful staff, friendly, reserved parking space to unload car right outside hotel. Good value for money, breakfast good.

nice hotel, within walking distance to old townPosted Oct 11, 2013
Room is spacious. Hotel staff very helpful. Unfortunately, hotel policy not great, because we had to pay 22 euros extra in order to lay over a couple of hours after check out, knowing that the hotel is not fully occupied.

Pros: Location, close to hospital Puerta del Mar.
Cons: Nothing terrible bad about it.
Location: Excellent for access to Hospital Puerta del MAr
There are two Regios in Cadiz. The other is called Regio2. The Regio is possibly the closest hotel to the Puerta del Mar hospital. It is also just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach. Also near the hotel are supermarkets and a fresh fruit market. The Regio is a 15 minute walk from the old town of Cadiz and the cathedral but it is possible to walk along the beach front to these attractions. Rooms at the back of the Regio are quiter although view is of an office block. Those at the front face a main drag and may be noisy as a result. Wifi was mostly reliable, the staff were always helpful and spoke better English than my Spanish. The connections to the airport at Jerez are infrequent by bus or train, and almost unfathomable. If you have to take a taxi for this you will be relieved of €60. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathoom was well equipped with plenty of hot water and a decent shower. There were plenty of power sockets available for laptops, phones etc, and a little desk from which to work. There was a wide screen TV. All in all I have no complaints and I thought the hotel good value for money.

Good value for moneyPosted Sep 23, 2012
Pros: Comfortable and clean room, friendly staff
Cons: Noise of the main road
Spacious, clean and very comfortable room with good facilities. The balcony was nice to have. Staff were really friendly and polite - happy to speak English if you want but equally happy to humour me with practising my Spanish! I liked them. A good continental breakfast was served in the morning. The location is convenient for the beach and for buses into the old town - the only downside is that it is on a fairly busy road which can be a bit noisy. I enjoyed my stay and thought it was good value for money.

Perfectly located quality hotelPosted Jul 6, 2011
As a group of 3 we were very happy with this hotel in Cadiz, situated 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Victoria Beach and close to all the shops. The buses were very frequent and it was very easy and quick to get to the Old town. The hotel itself was modern, clean and the staff were very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay in Cadiz
