“I would love to go back!!”

All the staff were so lovely and helpful it really makes a difference when the people that work there are happy and polite, the food was amazing and I would defiantly recommend others to go, and I intend to go back.

We were pleased with the Hotel in general. Loveley coved beach with lots of loungers and two nice pools. Good quality beach restaurant with buffet style lunches. Gardens and grounds were nicely kept. The room was clean and well furnished BUT only a shower. There are no baths in any of the rooms so if you like a soak it's not for you.

“Average hotel only”

The staff could not have been more friendly or more willing to be helpful but the hotel building and contents need some investment. Shabby paintwork, chipped teapots, broken loungers etc. The beach was never cleaned but the sea was magnificent. Food was only average so on half-board we had lunch at the hotel and dined in Villasimius nightly. There's a cheap but erratic shuttle-bus to the town. Before we were told about the bus service we were charged 25 euros for a 5KM trip that took 10 minutes! Avoid the advertised hotel special packages for their massage, beauty treatment etc. My wife thought she was getting 3 days of 3 treatments each day for 175 euros - the advert was quite clear in English but the hotel wanted 525 euros. We didn't pay.

“Unfriendly”

Rather formidable access and unfriendly reception but service improved. Everything has to be paid for upfront on a card so difficult to know what you are paying for drinks etc - pricey. Grounds not as well maintained as other places but food is very good - for taste and value.Lots to do if you like that sort of thing

“Tired hotel”

Although we arrived late in the season, there was no excuse for failing to provide a complete range of facilities. The satellite TV system broke down (or their subscription expired!) early in the week. There were power cuts and water supply breakdowns. The food was occasionally excellent, but often dreary, and repetitive. Bar costs were very high.
