“VERY nice hotel, convenient for airport”

This is a fantastic hotel. It is very convenient for staying near the airport to fly out of Cagliari. We wanted to spend more time at the hotel, it was so nice! We didn't go into the city from here, so not sure how it is to drive or take public transportation into Cagliari. The hotel is on the west side of town, near the airport, and is fairly easy to find (once we called the hotel to ask for directions). The room is lovely, the bed is comfortable, the bathtub is very deep, and everything is very clean and luxurious.

“Great hotel, badly situated!”

I have no bad comments to make of the hotel itself...what you would expect of a 4 star establishment and the staff were excellent. The only observation to make is that it is out in the sticks (15 euros average taxi into the centre of Cagliari), the nearest bus stop is a bit of a walk (esp for children!) and it is based in an industrial area. Perfect for a business traveller but for a family holiday a hire car is a must (which is best booked before as the island seems to have a shortage of these at the moment with the sudden arrival of charter flights!)

It is a high quality hotel, pleasant to stay. Polite and serving staff. Restaurant is very good. Fitting center could be improved. Wifi is there but could be provided free of charge. Neighborhood is the low point - unpleasant one.

“nice hotel if you can find it”

This is a comfortable, clean, and efficiently run hotel that provides good service. The food in the restaurant for dinner was quite good and the breakfast (extra cost) excellent. It is located near the Cagliari airport, which is why my wife and I chose it as the first and last hotel for our week-long visit to Sardinia. We found, however, twice, that finding the hotel was extremely stressful and confusing if you are driving yourself. The hotel is located in a maze of freeways that are connected by on- and off-ramps that as foreigners we found terribly confusing because they spun us in various directions. The road signs were of little use because they pointed to distant irrelevant destinations rather emphasizing the road numbers, and our Google map did not help. If you have GPS (we did not), you might find this hotel easily. Getting to the airport from the hotel was easy because the road signs point reliably to the airport. I recommend that the hotel post web directions with photos of the freeway ramp signs that should be followed to find the hotel.
