“Pleasant stay!!!”

It was quite nice. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The only problem was with parking.

“Very satisfactory”

First: The Sheraton is on the very North end of Caguas right before the toll booths so get off the Interstate before them. Second: The facility was very acceptable. Third: The food was good but dinner service was very slow. Breakfast service was fast. Fourth: Pool was clean and jacuzzi hot. Fifth: Traffic into San Juan the next day to airport was very, very bad. Allow better than one hour.

“Would go back again”

Very nice, clean and convenient hotel. From the room window could still see construction debris along the small stream. The hotel does not include parking nor did not service continental breakfast has indicated on website.

“Overall rating is excellent”

The cleanliness and comfort of the room was good. The selection of the food in the restaurant was not good and the food was not prepared up to par. The service was extremely slow.

“Fun for a group.”

Nice hotel for the value, nothing swanky but good sized rooms and great staff. Convenient Casino on the property with a good variety of games and slots. The hotel location is away from San Juan by quite a ways so a car is a must as not much to do near the hotel, but if you plan to explore the east side of the island both north and south then location is not a problem. If you are looking for activities or the beach within walking distance then choose a hotel in San Juan.

“No restaurant”

The economic situation has forced the hotel/casino to close its retaurant. Its now a Bingo Hall !! This means the only place to be served food is the grill. Limited (microwave) menu and to make matters worse its the only route to the swimming pool. Its not nice to have a dinner in the evening and have a dripping wet family pass by. Also watch out for the parking charge. We got the impression that only those who stayed in the hotel paid the $9 per day. This in spite of the difficulty of finding a place late in the evening when the Casino was very active! Ok so we had some complaints, but the hotel was comfortable and well run with excellent and friendly staff. We recommend it since its the only reasonable hotel in Caguas, although we were told that there are plans to close it. Note the approach road to the hotel is a discrace, but its not the hoteld property.

“2 Good Stays”

The 4 Points is conveniently located right off the main interstate through Caguas, Exit 23. I stayed there twice. Once to play golf at the nearby Caguas Real golf course and the other time as a stopping point on my way south. The hotel is clean and well-managed. Nice pools. The restaurant seemed a little pricey. I had no trouble with the Expedia reservation. The Expedia reservation was the cheapest price. Not much in the vicinity beside a drug store and some fast-food places. They charge $12 a day for parking. Casino on-site. I walked through it, but did not play anything. Seemed like a typicial, nice Casino. I would not stay there as a substitute for a San Juan hotel. For San Juan, I had a good stay at the Holiday Inn Express near the beach. And a good stay at the Hotel Milano in the heart of Old San Juan. Both these hotels were less than the 4 points.
