“Good Value”

A great experience overall. The rooms are very large with a sofa and coffee table. Great for kids. Pool is clean and indoors and fun. Location is a few miles from downtown, so that wasn't perfect, but in a good neighborhood next to a wal-mart. Pretty easy for stops for things you forgot. Overall a good value and hotel.

“Great Hotel for a the price!”

The hotel worked perfectly for us. We were there for 3 nights while visiting the St. Louis area. Location was close enough to get to downtown attractions quickly and easily. Great breakfast selection each day. Large well equipped room and the indoor pool was a big hit with our son.

“very well managed”

cant tell you how great the front desk was, gave directions, showed us maps, gave us tips, and the little lady who actually checked me in was awesome, very good sense of humor, manager was great, room was great, pool was nice , i will stay again for sure, heard a customer in lobby maybe (intoxicated) very loud very out of line, but the manager took care of business very professionaly, we had a blast

“A great place to stay”

The service was excellent. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was nice and the rooms were huge. We enjoyed the breakfast, plenty to eat and very clean.

“Best value around St. Louis!!”

GREAT hotel!! Couldn't ask for a better place for the price. Not a 5 star resort, but clean, comfortable, close to St. Louis attractions and very affordable. Will stay there everytime we travel to St. Louis if the price stays the same and they continue to serve the customers like they did this trip.

“LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!!”

The staff was so friendly!!!!! The rooms were nice and clean!!! The hot tub was awesome and the kids had a blast in the pool. The pool is a good size. The continental breakfast was probably the best that I've ever had!!! They had a huge variety of actual food!! Whenever I travel to East Saint Louis I will be staying at this Hotel. For the price you get more that expected!!!! Thank you Comfort Inn for a wonderful stay!!!!

“Cozy”

We didn't arrive at the hotel until 2am and woke up around 8am. So the stay was brief. The room and bathroom was clean. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was yummy. Served the purpose! The staff was difficult to understand and not very friendly. But other than that it was great!

We had a wonderful visit to St. Louis. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and the breakfast was great. I want to give a special thank you to Tom. He was very friendly and helpful to us during our visit.
