First room we were placed in was not cleaned at all but after I told the desk attendant she moved us with no hesitation and the second room was dine. I stay here every time I come to the area and haven't had any issues besides this.
The whole building smelled of cigarette and weed smoke but was supposed to be smoke free, the bathroom sink and shower wouldn’t drain properly and the 3rd floor vending machines were inoperable
The reception quality was very poor. The elevator was all time during stay. Receptionist was yelling and doesn’t have empathy. I will not recommend that hotel to anyone.
Associates were rude and not informative. I payed for my deposit in cash. The next day when checking out the front desk associate told me id receive my deposit back into my account in a few days. I never did because it was paid in cash which they could've seen that and check on it. I'm out of $100 dollars now because they refuse to send it to me the mail or through check.
Hotel is clean and reasonably priced for a weekend

Check in was terrible. Took 20 minutes and there was nobody checking in but my family member.they cancelled the room because they ran my card on file. When I chose pay at check-in. When I said that he shouldn't have ran my card, he said that I didn't have a card on file. I told him that yes I do showed the card and said that you have to have a card on file with hotel.com and that I have been booking hotel rooms with hotel.com for over 10 years and never had a problem with any hotel or my card.He finally said that he had a room and didn't charge the 100 dollar deposit. So at the end my family checked in and we had a wonderful time at the wedding. P.S. I think that because we didn't get to the hotel at or before 3pm he thought that we weren't coming so he ran my card so that he still could get paid even if my family didn't show up.

The location was convenient to Busch stadium and the price was less than other hotels near the ballpark. Some of the areas in this hotel were obviously in need of repair or updates. The ice machine on the 2bd floor was Out-of-Order and from the looks of the sign it had been that way for awhile. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and there was enough food, but the first morning when I got the eggs and sausage it was cold and I had to warm it in the microwave.
