“Wonderful”

Wonderful helpful and young staff made the vacation a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent and prompt and the facilities were clean and beautifully appointed.

“Wonderful Oceanfront Room”

More like a condo than a hotel room. Bedroom, 2 baths, living room, full kitchen, dining table, washer and dryer, TV's in bedroom & living room. Just two of us. This room would be ideal for a family. And a porch overlooking the beach & ocean. We were there in February, which I think is off-season. Hotel maybe 1/3 full. Palm Cove is a quaint, delightful little town. Pretty quiet, didn't seem like a party-all-night town. Hotel wait staff very helpful and pleasant. Restaurant was very tasty and filling. Wait staff had good suggestions. Front desk helpful with tours, etc., but not as good a wait staff. Note that this is a tropical location so small "things" with four legs are common and crawling all around. Big things, too. We didn't see any; there are "Beware of Crocs" signs.
