“Would book again!!”

This was our first impression of Australia. After traveling for 27 hours, we found that we were missing a bag. Casey was incredible in helping us recover the missing bag from the airlines. We checked in Friday night. When we returned Saturday afternoon after an excursion, the missing suitcase was in our room. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. It even came with a washer and dryer. The only drawback, if I had to name one, is that the internet was $20 a day on top of the room, but the lobby had free wifi.

“Best Accomodation on Our Australia Trip”

Nicest, cleanest hotel we stayed at in Australia. Modern and extremely clean. The apartment suite was remarkably comfortable. The location is right on the boardwalk and had great access to all of Cairns.

“A great and affordable place to stay”

This hotel definitely ticks all the right boxes boxes. It overlooks the harbour, is fairly new so is bright, clean and modern, the staff there are really friendly and eager to please and it is close to all the action without being too close that you feel on top of everything and the noise that goes with it. The rooms are a good size, but if you want to spread out a bit more, I can recommend the suites that they have available too. They come with comfortable soft furnishings, dining table and chairs and fitted kitchen and washing facilities. This place was a rare find and I would definitely not hesitate to go back there again.

You cannot go wrong when booking with Cairns Harbour Lights Hotel. The hotel is so convenient - close to the wharf and restaurants. The hotel is light, airy and very roomy. I can say without hesitation that this hotel has been the best of all hotels whilst travelling Australia.

“Fantastic, worth every penny.”

Great place to stay. Large apartment, very well laid out with lots of extra touches. Very good laundry facilities, useful if you are staying for a long time in Australia. Very good housekeeping, a fault with the shower was repaired before our return that day. Good rate booking though Expedia.

“Beautiful hotel; perfect location”

Our room at the Sebel Harbour Lights was actually a brand new apartment--living room, dining area, kitchen, even a washer/dryer! It was off season, so the room was a bargain. Everything was beautiful, especially the view! The hotel is situated perfectly next to the port where all the day boats leave and in easy walking distance to restaurants. Our only issue was in the wake-up service. We needed a 3:45 a.m. wake-up to catch a 5:00 a.m. flight, and a taxi. The desk wrote down the wrong room number, so our neighbors were awakened instead of us and the taxi booked in their name!

“Best hotel on our trip!”

We stayed here for 2 nights mainly to do the Barrier Reef. It looked good on the website before I booked and I was definately impressed. The hotel was right next to the marina where the boats for the Barrier Reef trips leave each morning - couldn't have been in a better location for us! The hotel itself was very modern with our room having a kingsize bed and balcony and also a fridge which is a great addition to any hotel room. Very clean - couldn't fault it at all. Would definately recommend to friends.

“Awesome hotel”

Hotel situated next to the marina, where all boats leave for the great barrier reef and right in the city centre.. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Great price, great hotel and great location!

“Great Value”

Very clean room - I was going on a dive trip early the next morning and the hotel was right on the pier where the boat was leaving from, and just 10 minute walk from the Dive Shop.
