Ideal family stay
Great family option with lots of space and modern furnishings updating an older style apartment. On-site parking was also spacious and secure; wifi was patchy.

Great apartment with amazing views
Owners were extremely helpful with regards to what an local tours to take and the apartment was huge, plenty of ammeneties included, fantastic stay, highly recommend, just some rooms have spotty WiFi, this is the only downside, so used mobile data instead which wasn't an issue at all.

The apartment we stayed in was clean and well equipped and had wonderful water views. The furnishings were comfortable and of a good standard. The only downside of our stay was the distance to the town. It was about a 30 minute walk, so we racked up a lot of Uber, but if you're young and fit and want the exercise then its a great option for a reasonable price.

Great Stay!
Coral Towers is an older style property with fantastic views over the Cairns North parkland and ocean. It has a beautiful, clean and sparkling pool. The property overall is very well-maintained. Our apartment was comfortably furnished and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was light, bright, spacious and pleasantly decorated. It had good air-conditioning and a great balcony. The property manager, Tony, was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. The only downside was that we didn't have a car and it was a fair walk in the heat to get to shops and restaurants.

Coral Towers Five Star
Our stay at Coral Towers was excellent. Our host Sandy was extremely helpful. She organised tours on our behalf. We had problem with TV not picking up Foxtel channels. Sandy organised new updated TV next day and had it installed and up and going by the time we got back to apartment. Exellent ocean view from our apartment on the 6th floor. Apartment was very clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying at Coral Towers next trip to Cairns. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant and helpful host.

not bad stay but not very pleasant. rate 7/10
Too far to walk to / too close to drive in the central but the lady was friendly, room was spacious with good furniture. cleanness is up to expectation. excellent place for 1 or 2 nights. any longer...not sure because: they don't top up any supply in the room. we bought 2 bedroom ocean view apartment for 5 nights. For the length, we had 4 sachets of coffee, 150ml milk, one spare toilet roll, most small conditioner shampoo for each. had to make quite a few trips to supermarket that also increased the luggage to carry, which was a pain. all the other 'self-contained' apartment we stayed happily provided what we needed on request. Wifi is super slow like a dial up connection, constantly dropping every 5min. Totally unusable. We ended up spending few GB on our mobile data. Parking was pretty challenging. Not recommended for SUV or larger as all easy to park spots are reserved for long stayer / owner occupied apartments. Also, we usually have breaky in balcony. this was impossible as the outdoor unit of the air conditioner keeps blowing us hot air and the very small space didn't allow us to move the table set anywhere. Pretty disappointed. "ocean view" was a joke. we could only see it through a small window located in the corner of the master bedroom (must stand in front of it) or must go out to the hot balcony and turn your head. no other window let us view ocean. not bad stay but not very pleasant. I rate 7/10. I think any better reviews are from guests who didn't stay long.

Hello Akie, It is a same that you did not put your name to your review!!! As stated on the websites - some apt have 'partial views' and also stated in the Confirmation Letter that we personally sent to you - that as the apts are self contained - we only supply the 'initial supply of coffee,tea, sugar, toilet paper etc' ( as is the same with most other complexes) - it is a shame that you did not read this information. Extra is available - for a fee - but you did not want to buy. At no point did you mention to us about the Wifi - I have not had any problems with any other guests. Parking - the car parks are a 'standard size' and your car was only a small SUV - I always saw it easily parked in the allocated park - as other parks belong to other owners - I can not just give you one of the 'easier parks' - so to speak. And sitting on your balcony - well there is definitely plenty of Esplanade and water to see. And as far as having breakfast on the balcony - all you had to do was to turn the air-con off , while you sat out there!!! It is sad that you were unhappy with some aspects - but we never advertise anything that we do not have. The last guest who stayed in that particular apt, was there for 2 weeks and absolutely loved the apt and views.

Sandy, her husband and daughter Kelly were wonderful. Help will all our reservations and local knowledge to make our visit a wonderful experience. The ocean view from our rental was amazing. The city bus was two blocks away and just $2.40 AU to go all the way downtown (CBD) or the huge shopping mall near the transportation hub. Easy access to food stores, and tours. Good Alternative to hotel
Location and apartment were very much as advertised. Comfortable stay and the penthouse patio has a great view and very spacious. Pool was great. Owner was very nice and helpful in answering questions and booking transportation. More than walking distance to the downtown area for restaurants and things to do, but uber was easy to get. There is a beach across the street but it didn't look like a beach to hang out...it was low tide and muddy when we were there. Maybe it is different at times, not sure.

Apartment was clean. Air conditioner in livingroom is aimed to blow directly on you when seated at couch. It is quite a long walk to town. It is directly across from the beach. Have to carry luggage up and sown stairs to get to lobby—not handicap accessible.

Very comfortable place. Good bed nice kitchen n good view. Only drawback is u need to take 5 min taxi to main area. N the shower is not strong enough. N my little daughter always complaint about that when taking bath. Better to replace it to make the place perfect.

Ok but not really worth the money. Bathroom floor in main bathroom needed a good scrub. Apartment was on the lower side of the building, thought it would be at the front.

Hello Jenette, Thanks for your review - sorry that you were unhappy with your apartment. Unfortunately we can not please everyone all of the time - depending on what people want!!!! Though we do try very hard and with the rates that we offer - and I think you only paid $190.00 per night for 4 guests, which is great value for a 2Bedroom Apt 'with Ocean Views" , and you can not say it did not have views - we always try to keep our rates very competitive. You were on Level 5 - we are only 8 levels high, with the Penthouse being on the Top Level, so to say on the lower side is a bit unfair. You also say 'Not really that" referring to Deluxe - please let me know as to what else was wrong with the apartment for you to make that comment. You know - you could have come and spoken to us - if you were unhappy - to see if there was a way that we could have helped while you were here!!! instead of waiting until you get home , to put the comments up. Though everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

Great location, very nice apartment
Stayed two nights over Easter. Paid $215 per night and had a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Were given a fold out bed for the third child. The apartment has everything you need, is in a great location. We had views to the esplanade which were very nice. The only complaint is that the ensuite attached to the main bedroom is very small. Nothing they can do about that though (should have been slightly different placement of basin and it would have worked). That's really the only complaint that I can come up with. We would stay again and we would be happy to recommend it to friends.
