“Great accommodation.”

We stayed in an oceanview 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor which overlooked Trinity Bay, the apartment was very clean and modern, with a very nice kitchen which contained a modern stove/microwave combination, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, the laundry provided a top loading washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, a complimentary pack of washing powder, dishwashing powder and liquid detergent tea & coffee was provided The large pool was a welcome sight at the end of the day and most of the time you had it to yourself. There was plenty of secure parking available in the building. The Mantra is right in the heart of the restaurant strip with too many choices at your disposal.Overall a very enjoyable holiday made even better by the standard of accommodation. I would highly recommend the Mantra Trilogy as the place to stay.

“Very nice hotel”

We stayed 3 nights and the bed was really comfortable and everything was there that you needed. Our apartment had a nice balcony with table and 2 chairs and a lovely view of the mountains and the ocean. Sorry didn't get a look at the pool.

“Apart from the smelly double entry to the room...was a great hotel”

Trilogy is well located. I had read varying reviews from others, and I must agree that the staff at reception seem quite sour (all except 1 anyways) they were helpful even though they forgot to book late checkout and were ringing at 2 mins past 10. the double entry to the room made for excellent security but due to the lack of air circulation was quite smelly. Once inside the room though...no problem. The pool and gym were fantastic, and the Medispa in Tower 3 was nothing short of excellent. I would recomend this to any couple wanting to use it as a base for day trips with comfort, however a minimum of a 1 bedroom with ocean view highr than the 6 or 7 floors is perfect. Perhaps a courtesy bus to and from airport would work quite well.

“Awesome room, great oceanview, fully furnished kitchen w/ washer and dryer”

we got a 2 bedroom oceanview for a great price on expedia. the rooms are awesome, fully loaded kitchen to cook in, patio view is great, and downstairs is filled with restaurants and shops just few minutes walking. you cant ask for a better location, as you can walk to the pier and not have to do hotel transfers especially if you are doing a scuba diving/snorkeling package. beware, wi-fi is extremely expensive that it's not worth it. and rooms are non-serviced. meaning no housekeeping during the entire stay (it's an optional charge i believe, or depends on your particular package..look into it!) they do give supplies like dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent, fresh towels and additional supplies can be picked up from front desk, but no one will enter your room to clean anything.

“small bedroom”

the bathroom is bigger than the bedroom,but it had a king size bed. pool area was great, nice and big. Guests had no room to sit in room, had to go and sit on balcony. Staff were pleasant and helpful . it was a cheap package deal,so you get what you pay for.

“Mantra trilogy”

We flew in at 8.30am & the hotel facilitated an early check in at 10am which was good. Room was in tower 3 with lovely view of the pool & esplanade which was the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, package did not include housekeeping although we stayed 4 nights but this was not a major hassle as additional towels etc supplied on request at reception. Hotel is situated in an excellent location close to numorous restaurants & attractions in the city centre. Would recommend this hotel although in my opinion it doesnt tick all the boxes for a 4.5 star rating based on other 4-5 star rated hotels where we've stayed.

“Not impressed”

After finally getting to our room I was very disappointed with its size hence the nickname the cupboard especially for price we were charged, as we were only there one night and had a busy schedule we couldn't be bothered asking for anything else. We liked the central location but if you wanted to sleep you would need ear plugs as you hear every annoying sound from the streets below, Don't stay here you will regret it. I've stayed in many hotels over the world including the Philippines from ***1/2 to ***** this has been the worst. :(

“Not Impressed one BIT!!!”

The bed was 2 singles pushed together to form a DOuble bed which had the WORST mattress ever, it was like sleeping in a hammock as their was absolutely NO support. There was no milk for the tea and coffee's in the room, the bathroom was filthy and falling apart. Glad we only stayed 1 night as we would have left if it had off been any longer. Then they have the nerve to charge a $100 to my credit card for any room purchases, which would have been ok if there were any items in the bar fridge or room to use. This hotel is a JOKE!!!
