We loved the resort style pool, bars and restaurants. Great access to the Esplanade. Super friendly and helpful staff. Was a great place to stay for the price.

Hi Himanshu, I'm sorry to hear you had some issues during your stay with the internet. We will be investigating further and each out to our internet provider. Water out of the tap is drinkable in Cairns. We also do have water dispensers at each bar where you can tap up your water bottles. We hope you give us the opportunity to welcome you back for a more enjoyable stay.

Hotel good location, check in staff very friendly, room could have been better location due to a 3 night stay above the delivery area for hotel supplies. Bar staff at pools great, evening meal in bar on the last night was not hot did change meal promptly but it would have be nice if restaurant manager asked if it was ok/better

I had a room with a water fall around the walls, it smells of forest-like humidity. That’s was the room at Botton has much of this problem. Lily I did ask for changes room give me at top are good and much better

Unfortunately being in the tropics it's an ongoing issue having condensation in the room if the aircon is not on the right temperature. Happy to read that you were able to move to another room and had a better experience.

We had an amazing stay here for last long weekend with family and friends, we all loved it. Pool and poolside bar is fantastic, comfortable rooms, walking distance to night markets, esplanade, marina, other attractions and restaurants. Buffet breakfast had good variety of foods, staffs were very friendly. Kids loved interacting with animals (yes we had opportunity to get close with some of very bird and animals)Thanks to handler lady. Overall it was very memorable stay.

The wait-staff were helpful. Though the cleaning staff tried to come in to clean the rooms at 9:00am and when I said that was too early .. she had the audacity to say that her shift ends at 2:30 pm .. ?! Subsequently our rooms didn’t get a thorough clean after . Ill- equipped gym with no free weights for a 4 star property - very disappointing. Overall not very professional for a 4 star resort and has the feel of a much more budget one.

Great pool area. Service amazing. My son kicked his ball on the roof and the staff were all helpful in getting it down. Breakfast buffet was one of the best.

Overall stay was good, met average standards but nothing stood out. Buffet breakfast could have been better, more fruit selection and higher quality of cooking. Plates were not cleared often and made hard to find a seat and or birds were eating. Swim up bar service was good but closed very early and missed the vibe. However bar staff were really nice and accommodating.

This was our second visit, two years from the first time. In the 2 years, not much has changed including the bar/restaurant menu and in need of an update for variety. The main building to the resort has been refurbished, but the building we were in has not and still old and dated. The air conditioner filter was so old it was blowing out crumbling debris from the filter all over the room. The pool water was cloudy and in need of cleaning badly.

Lovely location, pool great for families. If you’re stuck on the side next to Crystalbrook you’ll cop the loud noise that comes from their big industrial exhaust that’ll ensure your sleep is interrupted through the night. Lovely staff I have to say and can’t fault them at all there.

Our room was large, clean and overlooked the pool which was stunning. Beds were comfy, towels were soft and huge! Our toddler loved the beach entry pool. Great location, great night time atmosphere, The balconies made me feel worried, we were travelling with our 3 year old and he would be able to climb the railing if given the opportunity. I also felt breakfast was lacking especially for the price, there was not the range of options that I was expecting.
