“Perfect Paradise Palms”

Helpful and professional staff at reception. Rooms were made up to our requirements. Clean and extremely comfortable with everything available for a perfect stay. Barbeques were clean and utensils available from reception (including oil & cleaning products). Fantastic holiday experience.

“Fantastic Resort!!!”

I can not speak highly enough of this resort. The staff were great, the hotel room was super clean (and I'm fussy with cleanliness), facilities were great, airconditioner worked so well I had to turn it down (and it was hot outside!) Pools were clean and in great condition. What I also loved was that there wasn't a bug or any insect at all in my room, and with the amount outside I was pleasantly surprised. I would definately book back into this hotel when we return to Cairns - no doubt at all!!!

“Will certainly go back”

The apartments were beautiful and clean, very spacious with great facilities and everything you require for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Plenty for little kids to do including mini golf which is free to guests. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Excellent Location & Facilities”

The location of this accommodation could not be better as it is within easy access to all of the major towns and attractions in the area, however hiring a car is essential. The resort itself was fantastic. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was clean, modern and the size was impressive. It had all the facilities you need including TV's, cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, iron and much more. The only thing lacking is wi-fi, but you can access the internet via a data cable for your laptop although there is a charge for this. It needs to be noted that the resort is still in developement - this doesn't mean that it is undergoing building work, however it does mean that certain things that are advertised are not yet available such as the spa or tennis courts. It is therefore worth ringing before booking to make sure it has anything specific that you want. The 18 hole Golf course is superb and highly recommended and great value too. In addition there are 2 swimming pools, mini golf, a childrens play area and BBQ facilities. The resort restaurant was also fantastic and suprisingly good value too and a good bar too. Overall superb value for money, excellent facilities, clean, tidy, friendly helpful staff and a top location. Highly recommended!

“Kids' paradise”

We stayed 3 nights in a two bedroom apartment, and it was more than we could have hoped. The apartment size is extremely generous and had everything we needed (including 3 TVs!). Our two daughters loved the children's play area, parrticularly the big bouncing pillow and the mini golf. We were intending to save money by cooking all meals, but the al fresco dining overlooking the kids play area and golf course was too enticing and the children's 'make your own pizza' night was a hit. Overall - friendly staff who also helped with tour bookings, excellent amenities and very kid friendly. It is a bit away from shopping and cafe's so having you own car is recommended, but an excellent base for Cairns and reef touring activities.

“Bliss up North”

A visit to Paradise Palms Resort and Country Club happened by chance rather than design but what a joy it was! I purchased some cheap deals for my man and I and a couple of our friends living in Cairns and we had 2 nights at this great resort. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Check in and out was no fuss. We hadn't booked interconnecting rooms but they were happy to make the change to accomodate us so we could socialise. The rooms were beautifully clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The facilities were fantastic, with 2 pools, great grounds and everything we needed available or close by. The resort's in a great location between Cairns and Port Douglas. The staff didn't treat us any differently just because we got a cheap deal and even better they offered us another brilliant deal as we were checking out which I can't take up but our friends and some of their friends (all locals) are certainly going to take advantage of. Good one Expedia. That's the sort of deal I love!

“Great place, great golf”

We have been to Paradise Palms twice now. Couldn't wait to get back after our first visit. We stayed in a bedroom apartment, and there is every facility available. The rooms are spacious have a lovely balcony to sit and listen to the birds in the morning. There is television in the lounge room and bedroom. We love the restaurant and bar easy walk from the resort. The golf course just fantastic even after a cyclone. We got a great deal through expedia which made our stay even better.

Excellent service and very customer friendly. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Everything that we asked for was exceeded in return.

“Quite golf oasis north of Cairns”

Hotel was in exellent condition, very clean. Room (apartment) was well appointed and had all facilities we required icluding in room laundry and Kitchen. Breakfast at the club was good, did not have lunch or evening meal. Golf course was in exellent condition. Staff were helpful and unobtrusive. Handy to northern beaches, will probably require a car as 20 mins north of downtown Cairns. Great stay for 10 nights.
