A great place in a fantastic location .Friedly, courteous staff. Could do a bit of policing of the usual selfish people who reserve the sunbeds then disappear for hours, but understand this is a sensitive issue & don't want to upset guests. We would definately go back there next time in Palm Cove.

“Peppers, Worth the Effort!”

Arriving at Peppers we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The first wonderful impression of the hotel was then exceeded as we were led to our lovely room on the 3rd floor over looking the main pool. The dinners were excellent with the restaurant staff attentive and engaging, willing to have a quick chat and share a laugh. Having a choice of 3 on site is great. The location on the beach and the whole of Palm Cove was exceptional with nice boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars near by. The 3 pools gave a choice and the Bar in the main pool was lovely. The rooms are very well presented with daily servicing. All in All, it was a fantastic setting making our wedding anniverary very special indeed! It was Worth the Effort!

“Family bliss in Palm Cove”

This was the second time that we have stayed at Pepper's, Palm Cove and we will definately be returning. The service was good and most importantly, the rooms are large, clean, quiet and with all of the items required to travel with a toddler. The pool is definately the main selling point of the resort as it is just fantastic and you could spend all day in there. A couple of little things from this trip - the hotel restaurant (Lime and Pepper) seems to be struggling for staff a little so many of them have that transient 'not sure I really want to be here' kind of aura but it wasn't a major concern as the food was lovely. The gym could do with some weights and the cleaning crew could come a little earlier during the day as they kept coming during our daughter's nap time but that wasn't a major concern either. All in all, a few minor bits and pieces could do with changes but we loved it and will return. A lovely, relaxing experience in fabulous surroundings.

“Peppers thumbs up”

On a beautiful sunny warm day with calm breeze, breakfast looking out onto the ocean was amazing. I could sit in the breakfast dining area for hours. Its such a pleasant atmosphere, the rooms were amazing. We shared a penthouse suite between 4 of us and it was extremely spacious. The staff were very helpful. Dinner was very expensive at the hotel, however if you walk to the local pizza shop its very reasonably priced and tasty (for those not wanting to pay $40 per meal). The rooms were very comfortable and i/we would definately stay there again.

“Great Resort with a catch”

Great hotel in a very quiet and secluded location. Staff where great and the room facilities were everything you needed for a self contained holiday. Many nice restaurants within 2 minutes walk. The catch is be very careful when moving about the resort, a lot of the tiled areas are extremely slippery when wet and it is easy to fall.

“In love with this hotel and Palm Cove”

The hotel was breathtakingly beautiful. Completely exceeded my expectations. Our room had a fantastic spa bath on the balcony which was used everyday, along with the three different pools that the resort offered. Staff were friendly and not intrusive, which was great as we were looking to get some R&R. My partner and I took lots of pictures (because the hotel was so beautiful) My friends and family thought we had a professional photographer with us! I would highly reccomend this hotel.. however the food is better at the local cafes / stores. We prefered to eat at different places, so this was not an issue. Great coffee at peppers though. Very happy and impressed, looking forward to our next visit!
