Customer Service outstanding

Cons: The hotel is rundown and on the older style. They charge for beach towels which I feel paying for old bath towels with holes in them a little rude.
I found that the staff went above and beyond to make any request or problems to be attended to without fuss or the feel like we were an inconvenience.

Cons: 최소한 이불은 좀....
Location: 나이트 마켓 근처, 라군 까지 걸어서 5분, 바로 앞 카지노 있음,
올드한 느낌의 인테리어.. 수영장에서 눈 한번 떴다가 하루종일 앞이 뿌옇게 잘 안보임... 객실안은 거의 여관느낌... 들어가서 곧장 아..........하고 탄식을 했던...

Best customer service and overall experience

This has got to be the best hotel we have stayed at. All staff members were professional and helpful. We were given free towels and water prior to our snorkelling trip to the Great Barrier Reef. My partner and I also had a body massage in the Vie Spa; such an amazing experience. The hotel building itself was spectacular. I would recommend this hotel 100%

Sophisticated hotel close to Cairns seafront

Pros: Beautiful grand hotel, welcoming, cool pool area and excellent breakfast.
First time there for an overnight stay to finish Nth Queensland holiday. Great way to end in style and comfort.

Pros: Location, Staff, Room with a view. Grand entrance lobby. Restaurant and seafood buffet
Cons: T.V reception if I was to be very picky,
Location: opposite the Casino, short walk to the marina and shopping complex,
Excellent location, excellent staff, very nice room with a view. One to choose if you are wanting to be a short walk from everything. Quiet rooms and nicely decorated Try the restaurant and buffet it is one of the best in the area. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, rare to find in hotels, made the hotel even better

Pros: Close to CBD and easy access to s/market wharf and esplanade eating establishments . good air conditioning nice view from balcony
Location: Shopping easy to get to. Hop on hop off bus stops opposite
Very nice safe hotel great help from Molly at the desk booking tours excellent advice. Great to be able to book tours at hotel without looking for a deal at the many booking venues Pool and outside hot spa was great and had plenty of lounges to relax on - very restful great to be in pool and watch rain storms coming past Easy waling distance to main shopping centre

Very nice hotel in good location

Pros: excellent pool, spacious room, lovely bathroom, grand entrance
Cons: The mattresses - mine was old and worn down so it was uncomfortable, but I then flipped and rotated the mattress, and that improved the comfort factor
Location: It's close to everything, but is also far enough away from the noisy central hub a few blocks away to be quiet and peaceful.
An enjoyable stay. Got a great deal through Expedia.

Very nice hotel staff. Good services. Easy access to port and restaurants. I stayed for 5 nights. It's very enjoyable experience.

Dining in Coco's Restaurant

Pros: Pool area is well set out.
Cons: Staff in the restaurant need to be allocated tables and be responsible for them.
Location: Central, close to he Esplanade and Pier Restaurants
Extremely poor service from staff overall. Our booked table had someone seated on it when we arrived, so we were moved to the last table nearest the kitchen. Food splats were evident on the wall beside our table. Food was OK but not startling. Staff seem to prefer that guests order the buffet on offer. When we decided to order a la carte we were rushed and it seemed like it was a nuisance for the staff and the kitchen to cook to order. Someone elses side of mesclan lettuce was served to us during our entrée and the waiter just dumped it and walked away. We could not get their attention again to alert them to that fact until they cleared our plates. The side of vegetables we ordered with our main did not come out and it took us a good 10 minutes to get this addressed. It then took another 10 minutes for it to appear, so we had almost finished our meal by then.
