“Beautiful - had some frustrations - would still go back!!”

Absolutely loved the hotel - beautiful views, beautiful rooms, but did not have the conviniences of US hotels. BE AWARE the airport shuttle must be booked 48 hours in advance, and the hotel does not shuttle you to the airport, they just offer collection from the airport. We had to pay for each pool/beach towels. Internet was pretty expensive. Overall was very tranquill and gorgeous place. I would go back in a heartbeat, but just prepare myself a little more.

What a lovely place to stay,,, All six of us that stayed at the Sea Change were completely happy with the service and especially our room overlooking the beach. We didn,t have far to walk to the shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing for a great holiday to go there. 5 ******

We were realy impressed with this hotel. amazing apartments very well presented and with all you could need. The staff were very professional and attentive but not intrusive. Could not critise sea change in any way. The pictures of the hotel are amazing but they do not do Sea Change justice it realy is a wonderfull place to stay, it made our trip to Australia. Great for couples and families alike.

Very well appointed spacious apartment with sea views. Would suit those who like to self cater as not many restaurants. Would recommened having a car - we did. Had a very relaxing stay. Would return

“I was extremely impressed!”

We were upgraded when we arrived due to available apartments but even if that had not occurred, I would have felt we got more than our money's worth. The apt was wonderfully appointed, had a fabulous location and view, and had very nice receptionists who were knowledgeable about local attractions, etc. I'm glad we stayed here vs. Port Douglas, as it was much more reasonably priced and was better situated to reach more attractions, including Port D, the airport, Cairns, the rainforest, Great Barrier trips, etc.

“Exactly what we were after!”

My new bride and I stayed at Sea Change Beachfront apartments for our honeymoon in late September. It was our first trip to Australia, and we couldn't have been more happy. Trinity Beach is a beautiful beach lined by holiday apartments and a few quaint restaurants. Even though part of our stay overlapped with a school holiday, the beach was quiet enough that it almost felt like a private beach at a resort. On our trip we aimed to balance relaxation with some sightseeing, so we spent about three full days just relaxing and three getting out to see the major attractions in the area (the Great Barrier Reef, The Daintree Rainforest, and Kurunda). Simon and Becca at Sea Change were very helpful in pointing us towards trips that we were ultimately very happy with (and, I might add, very friendly and helpful overall); best of all, all of the trips picked us up either right at or very close to the hotel, so we didn't need to rent a car. Sea Change itself was beyond my expectations - an extremely spacious, clean and modern apartment with an unbelievable view. Both my wife and I have been raving about our trip to Australia since we've been back, and each time we do, we always mention "this great place called Sea Change". We certainly hope to return there sometime soon!

“Impressive apartment with a true sea view”

I booked this hotel/apartment as part of a surprise holiday package for my parents on our recent trip to Cairns. My parents were stunned when they entered the apartment and boy, I was impressed. The massive 2 bedroom apartment feels very upmarket with everything that we needed in our 4 nights stay, from kitchen utensils, dish washing powder, hair dryer to washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. It comes with a complimentary undercover security car space which was very handy. The concierge lady was very knowledgeable as well and gave us really good advice on our tableland/waterfalls sightseeing trip! The only complain I have is how there is no 3G reception anywhere within the hotel (I am with Vodafone). Once I stepped outside the hotel, reception came back on. I was planning to do a bit of work on this trip which requires the internet but the only option I had was to pay $50 for a week's worth on hotel wifi. Didn't end up paying and focused on my holiday instead of working, which isn't a bad thing. All in all, Sea Change Beachfront Apartments is a great holiday apartment which I have enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back to, especially at the special rate which I had paid!! Thank you!

“I expected a lot...”

...and myself and my better half were not dissapointed in the slightest. THe appartments were located closeby to local shops and a short bus jounrney into the town centre, set on a quiet, beautiful beach. The Seachange appartments had my expectations set high and the entire stay exceeded my preconceptions. The rooms were in excellent condition, the management exceedingly helpful and the views were breath taking. I wholeheartedly reccomend this facility for anyone looking to holiday in Cairns.
