“never again”

We were so looking forward to staying in this hotel, yet left so disappointed!! Why? During our stay it has to be the noisiest hotel ever stayed in. Every morning at 04.00, without fail we were woken up by the laundry arriving in skips for the whole hotel. Why it has to arrive at this time defies me. From this time onwards you can then hear guests checking out with their luggage across the open courtyard as everything is based outside on concrete floors. Sleep would have been a luxury. The pool is very small and covered in dead flies. Food and drink compared with other hotels nearby was very expensive.
