Location is convenient. Close to El Tarhar Square, Egyptian museum. We got a room with breathtaking view of Nile. Hotel inside has upscale feel. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The only hotel right on the Nile - our room balcony was literally on the Nile. The bedroom has floor to ceiling glass and we could see Nile on the right side and also straight from bed. We could see the Pyramids at distance.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance from the Egyptian Museum. The room was clean, with great amenities and an awesome view of Cairo’s skyline from our balcony. Reception was most of the time crowded and slow to check in/out, or help with inquiries.

The view from the restaurant and from our hotel room was fabulous. The hotel was in great shape and had excellent AC. Some areas of the hotel looked like it was being renovated (stores?). One elevator wasn’t working and we were in a group of 500 people and not having the third elevator was a problem. Sometimes our room cards didn’t work and we had to go all the way back down to the lobby and stand in a huge line to get new keys

Deplorable at best
Far below a 5 star and the service sporadic. Housekeeping staff were wonderful, concierge and reception staff deplorable. Two weddings on two consecutive nights with music so loud it was deafening, we attempted to change rooms only to be ignored then dismissed. Followed out of the premises as we attempted to leave shouting undecipherable and aggressive language.

A lovely hotel. Unlike many hotels in the area it has a great variety of guests and many from the Middle East. I got to meet some interesting people. The hotel is predominately dry but only a short walk from the Four Seasons which serves alcohol. Although i would probably stay in a different hotel next time (Four Seasons or Holiday Inn Maadi) that is purely down to my preference for a glass of wine with my meals and not at all related to the service and care from the staff at the Grand Nile Tower. In summary, the perfect hotel if you are fine with no wine.

First day was not so well. Waited 6 hrs to get a connecting room. Did not. Met with guest relations and I got It! Thank you to the Sir that help me. Breakfast was good, service was not. The hotel was beautiful. However I was disappointed by the way I was treated by staff. I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and I got dressed for a birthday shoot which I had a friend came over and take pictures of me. We were Rudely approached by a staff member who told us we cannot take pics in the hotel. I mean I paid to stay at the hotel for 6 nights this was more than enough for me to take pictures in the hotel. I would understand if you’re not a guest you would have to follow a rule to take pics but what right does a hotel stop its guest from taking pictures in the hotels vicinity and moreover a rude staff member who stops us in the middle. I felt very dissatisfied and disappointed and I will not stay in future for that reason.

The bedroom was splendid with magnificent views, however is smelt if cigarettes. The check-in was slow as there wasn't enough staff, although others were allowed to check in early we were sent away only to wait again for our room key. The revolving restaurant is amazing with fabulous views, food and service. No alcohol. Breakfast choice and quality was very good but no service for coffee and we were asked to go downstairs to eat, we didn't as there was enough room.

Great spot in Cairo
My stay at the grand Nile tower was absolutely amazing. The building is beautiful and perfectly located right on the Nile. When I booked I was a little worried because there were some bad reviews but honestly I don’t see why. My room was impeccable. The bath had a rain shower that felt like standing under a waterfall. The toilet also has a bidet and handheld sprayer. The bed was very comfortable. But the best part was the balcony. Stunning views of the Nile and Cairo while also providing some privacy. The staff were also great, very helpful but not obtrusive. I stayed on the club level so breakfast and dinner is available if you want it. It was quite delicious. Another nice perk was that the sailboats leave from a little dock right across the street so I could walk to it. They also had live music at night. And there is a mall with a theater attached as well as several restaurants though I didn’t go. There’s a riverboat docked too that I think does river cruises but I didn’t check it out. Overall a great place and would definitely stay here again.

The water view was nice, but the staff and accommodations to our extended family, who came to visit us, was horrible. They constantly were in our business and forbade us to have guests come up and dine with us in the club area. Very sneaky and unprofessional in the way they would ask to come to the room to check the supplies in the fridge while we were still getting ready in the room, they wouldn't take no for an answer. Constantly felt like we were being watched throughout our stay. Poor communication and no explanation as to why they are behaving in that manner. A constant feeling of being unsafe, I would not recommend staying there ever again.

Amazing experience. Best customer service. Mr Niveen Sammi was the most professional hotel manager and provided us with the best services and information. she was so nice and helpful and answered all our questions with a kind smile. The room was clean with a beautiful Nile view. The hotel has all the amenities and is in a very good location.
