“Simply Awesome.....!”

We had a very good stay in this hotel....The food...mmmmmm.. superbly GREAT, the taste, the presentation of the deserts WOW .... perfection to the palate! The staff is awesome.....really friendly, courteous, they treat you like VIP's. The rooms are adequate in amenities... it also gave us a good chance to recuperate from a long distance flight before starting our Egyptian adventure.... ! For a very reasonable price with an awesome service......We will definetly be back and book our stay with you next time.

Well,i came here to the Horizon for only 10 days will end up staing 21 days why you might ask,well the staff here are EXCELLENT .Staff of this hotel what makes this place outstanding.Never "she'd be right mate" this group are really good at what they do from the cleaners to top managment.My friend Mahamid at the taxi and tour desk is a genuine person who goes out of his way to help always asking how much i paid for this or that and if he thought i was riped off,he'd confront the person of the store and get it right and ALWAYS bring back money (how many would do that) runs a tight ship and has become a personal friend of mineand the chap in the souvanier shop (sorry bad with names ) but another person worth knowing in the complex honest and trustworthy,and the driver Peter......what a champ...was content with the pyramids of Giza but he insisted he take me to see the step pyramids south of Ciro surprised and thrilled that he insisted.Hotel managment couldn't be more helpfull aircon gave up working and in no time after they were informed of the problem,up to the next floor i went with even better views of the pyramids.....SENSATIONAL imagine i walk up each morning with the drapes open and have a clear view of the pyramids.THANK YOU MANAGMENT AND STAFF for a truely memerable stay at your hotel will visit again.......one again thank tou Mahamid tou really are droped from heaven.

“Convenient Hotel at Giza Egypt”

The stay at Horizon Pyramids in Giza and the tours by Elegant Voyage were perfect. Both the Hotel in Giza and Elegant Voyage were very prompt in contacting us by email and phone even before we started the trip. They picked us up from Airport. The tour organizers were on time at Hotel to pick us up. Hotel rooms were spacious/Clean and comfortable. Hotel has gift shop/Lebanese restaurant/Coffee shop and gives good breakfast. All tour buses/cars come to Hotel. I highly recommend the hotel. We felt at home through out our stay.

“good hotel”

the hotel and staff was great , very nice and very clean but my prob was every time my husband come 2 visit me n my roon they let him pay 30 $ even f he come 4 a five min which was wrong of them the long hair woman at reception called samah was mean and the bold guy the boss was mean too but the workers was good , and the cleaning ppl was great , but they some kinda cheap cuse every time i go out they close the aircondtion , and the internet was awfull u have to get a card every day which is dont work right most of the time

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The view of the Pyramids made the stay especially memorable. I found it quite charming and very relaxing. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

“Great hotel and EXCELLENT tour company”

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights on my first trip to Egypt. The hotel was very nice. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to help and to ensure I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant was good, the food was delicious. The wait staff was great, as well. Room service was good and brought my food abruptly after ordering. But it is the tour company, Golden Pyramids, that really made my trip stand out. They are EXCELLENT! I cannot say enough good things about them. Ahmed and Mohammad went above and beyond and out of their way to make sure I was happy with my tours and safe, as I was a single female traveler alone. They are so courteous and professional. Abdul, my driver was wonderful, as well. He was at the airport to pick me up and always on time. These are the people that made my first trip to Egypt a wonderful one! I will definately return and stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel and this tour company to anyone travelling to Egypt!
