“Presently surprised”

I was intially disappointed at the lack of upkeep of the out door shrubbery and the indoor carpets. However once inside the service and the luxurious spa facilities made up for it. I had a great time and hardly left the hotel as it was great. My only complaint is the hotel's limosine service is way over priced.

Hotel very nice, and service generaly good but spoiled by the annoying habit of the staff chaseing you to sign bills almost immediately. Half way through dinner or breakfast for example. Even when you have meals included in your reservation. They must spend a fortune on paper !! Most places just add extras if any, to your final invoice, which you then settle at the end of your stay. This will be the last time I stay here for this reason as after a while it became very annoying and spoiled the experiance for myself and my fellow colleague.

Hotel is convenient for the airport but nothing else. They advertise a shuttle bus to downtown but it only goes once a day - so useless. You have to use Taxis to get around - the hotel tries to con you into using expensive limos - the taxis are a quarter of the price but driven by con men who turn off the meter after a mile or so. Everyone (including the hotel bell hops) harass you for tips - it is not a low stress place for a holiday.
