They were extremely helpful. We arrived to the airport at 2:00 at that time there were people from the hotel awaiting for us and this is a free service! We were supossed to check in the hotel at 3:00 pm they check in us that early morning again for free!! The Hotel is beautiful, excellent facilities, beautiful SPA and a lot of swiming pools. It is far away from the city, but this for me was a plus. It is so nice to arrive to this oasis of peace after a crazy day in Cairo. The restaurants are excellent, and for me the prices are very good! I really recomend the Lebanese restaurant! I had one of my best holidays in this hotel. They have an exxcellent free shutle that runs to the airport, the mall city stars and to the down town. A Taxi fromt the downtown is not more than 10 USD. The hotel even offers some free tours with tour guide included.

This is by far the best hotel in all of Cairo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was top notch.

Service was great! Hotel was perfect! Food was very good. A little over-priced for food - but good none the less. The pool is perfect for children. Highly recommended!

For sure a great hotel, clean, beautiful, great food an pastries although the sushi bar left something to be desired. Also high speed internet was 150 egyption pounds which is very expensive.
