“Great hotel and Amazing service..”

Amazing hotel and very friendly staff, everyone was so polite and professional. At check in, rooms were ready and what was particularly amazing was that a call was made to your room to check in and make sure everything was okay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, however they gym and pool were not opened yet..Hope it will be soon! Definitely planning to visit again..

“Great hotel”

Seems as though it is a new hotel. It is in very good shape, modern furniture and design. It has an internet center and a beautiful roof-top pool. Friendly staff. Close to the airport but not really close to main city (msr al gedeeda).. but taxis in Egypt are cheap anyway, a ride to City Stars from the hotel was only 12 egyptian pounds!

“shower water pressure!!!”

again it's all about the water pressure in the showers, which i believe is very & extremely important for the guest, they do have the water saving device on the shower head which only allows drops of water to come out, but it's very stupid, because the guest will keep the water running for a much much longer time in order to wash the soap off his body while if the water pressure was strong the guest would use less water then, so the whole concept is so stupid !!!

“still new they have to work on its services”

the room temperature was very very warm&, & i had to change 3 rooms till i got one with a cooling aircondition. the terrace coffee shop was supposed to open at 11am, i went down at 1pm & they said the waiter will arrive only 2 pm!!! i ordered club sandwich in the room, which was marked as 24hour service in the menu, but the kitchen cook said it is not available!!!!they dont know what they have put on their own menu!!! when i reported this to the Duty Manager it took him like 25 minutes to come out of his office to see me at the reception desk, & his attitude was not pleasant at all, not for such a chain of hotels. other than that, the entire staff were extremely pleasant & cheerful & helpful,.

“Good for people that get out of their homes once in a life time and they know not better”

Not a Hotel for the business traveller for sure. Many a times there could not be a place to sit in the reception area as all the seats were occupied by transiting people of Egypt Air sleeping on the chairs and wherever possible just like a market place...... Every day I had a complaint to make as always things were done their way and not mine the guest's way.....

“Not a Good Experience”

The Hotel was under construction with jackhammering going on until we complained at 8:30 at night. There was also a heavy smell of paint fumes. We had traveled 26 hours to get to Cairo and we were extremely exhausted. We went straight to our room and there was no hot water for a shower. At that point I was upset. Also, another disappointment was you have to eat at the Hotel because the neighborhood is not safe. We stopped by the bar before dinner and the drink menu had listed all American alcohol but when you ordered it, they did not have one single item that was listed on their menu. The dinner experience was average. Over all, this was not a great experience. VM

“Not worth money ... unprofessional and bad service!”

Dont ever book at this hotel. I had the worst experience in this hotel. unprofessional staff, bad and noisy location, unhelpful maintance team, keys did not work and I had to go to reception area multiple time to get activate my key and the reason was is that they changed the keys and did not let the customer know, consierage was unhelpful and did not want to provide any support, my luggage took one hour to reach my room upon check-in, room-service was awful as they forgot orders and took more than 45 minitues, staff don’t speak English and it was hard to communicate with them, they did not honour my friend's booking on expedia and looked him out of the room and after my friend spend his own money calling expedia and made sure that booking is correct and after she had to yell at them then they allowed her back to her room (can you believe locking her out of her room where she had her passport, laptop and personal belongings!!!!). I will never never come back to this hotel.
