nice stay

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: The comfort of the beds and the quiet nature of the hotel.
Cons: Maybe have a conference room or something for colleagues to meet in since we couldn't meet in my room.
Location: Mall of Arabia, many restaurants, the Pyramids aren't far away.
The Sheraton staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a little outdated but still comfortable. I stayed in 4 different hotels during my vacation and the beds from the Sheraton were by far the most comfortable! Their pillows are amazing!

Remote Location

Posted Oct 27, 2014 on Hotels
If I was on a leisure trip and with kids, this would be a great hotel. It's beside the Dreamland amusement park and 20 mins away from Giza pyramids. However, during my stay it was very quiet with very few guests. As such, the hotel only had one restaurant open. The food was ok. I wouldn't go back for my next business trip as I think there are other options available nearby.

The place is very quiet, and you can relax yoursefl if you want to be away from the noisy circumstance, without any bothering. But you can't enjoy enough from from the service and surroundings. It's my feeling of twice stay.

Very poor service

Posted Aug 7, 2014 on Hotels
This was my second stay at the hotel in 6 months and i have to say i would not be staying at the Sheraton Deramland again. The level of service was very poor to say the least, staff very unhelpful, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned as nobody had bothered for over a day! The room service orders were always incorrect and very delayed. Overall a very bad experience in a country which i visit every month and have been doing for over 12 years!!!
