The front desk staff was incredibly rude and the bathroom had more mold than I have ever seen. AC did not work and the elevator did not work.

When I first arrived I had to give him 200 Just for him so he can pull me better room hotel was very noisy it’s not a quiet spot to stay in I couldn’t even invite my friends who drove me from the airport for dinner . I do not recommend not want to go there it’s not worth it they treat wrong Plus when you check out you have to wait at the lobby for them to check the room before you leave

Hotel is not on well maintained condition. Worst part they don't even provide you water bottles even for breakfast if you ask for water they will ask you to buy. Corridors are stinky. Only good thing is location and view of Nile

We could not stay in this room and had to leave. Room was completely different from the pictures provided. Rooms were unclean and smelled like some insecticide. Room furniture is outdated. Bathroom fixtures had rust.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the manager also accommodates the stray dogs and cat seeking shelter outside the hotel which was a bonus for me, knowing they show compassion. Hotel could do with updating - which they seem to be in the process off. Room phone didn’t work but wasn’t a big problem.
