We have booked a family suite which includes 1 king size bed and 2 single beds + living area. Upon arrival the receptionist allocated us in a regular suite which has only one king bed and living area, we asked for the 2 single bed, then he said we will move you to another suite, after collecting our stuff and waiting for about 30 mins, they took us to a suite which has 2 single beds and living area. Again contacted them and explained that we need what we have booked (1 king and 2 singles), it was taking long and we had to go to a party so we have left them with promise to get this issue sorted by the time we are back. We returned back before midnight and nothing was done, the receptionist claimed that we wanted the suite with king bed not the 2 single beds. I showed him the reservation details which clearly states that the suite includes 1 king bed and 2 single beds. He said they have no suites with this specifications, as then demanded them to provided 2 roll in single beds, he offered only one bed, which was really poor judgment from his side, we were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and I asked where do you expect the 2nd child to sleep then, he said there is a sofa. By then I realised that talking to him is worthless, I asked to talk to a manger, who instructed him to give us a family suite. I was really very disappointed as we were not given what we have booked from the start and with the receptionist saying more than 5 times they have no such thing as family suite!!
