Not the best location for a hotel
The hotel is sharing the boundary wall with an army college it’s in front of a mosque. At 4:30 starts the early call from the college with trumpets and after the mosque…the rooms have thing glasses! In addition it was almost impossible to book a night transfer to the airport Price is good

Good value for money hotel in Cairo
Postives - The hotel room was a good size - The staff were really friendly and helpful - Cleanliness to a good standard - Hotel is located near to the airport (15 mins drive) which is helpful - Internet / Wifi was included and reasonably fast - Complimentary drinking water, appreciated. Negatives - Not a lot really, in terms of western standards this is probably a high 3 star hotel with reasonable levels of cleanliness. - It's fairly basic but comfortable.

When you are a woman travelling alone, it can be exhausting in Cairo and even at the hotel that makes you feel uncomfortable. The lack of ATM machines at the hotel and transport services (shuttle even by paying, when asked they said only at certain time) and to get taxis to come to the hotel (most of the time they get lost).

Excellent quality for the price.
The hotel is well located at the entrance of Heliopolis. Parking is free for residents. The rooms are clean but somewhat old. The bathtub is cracked. The price for Egyptians are amazing. The balcony in the room is nice but not furnished.

Very good hotel and clean.. Good customer service.. Nothing super fancy but if you need a decent quiet place to stay this is a good choice. No swimming pool but I personally don't care

amazing hotel
my stay there was for only one day and I spent all of it outside the hotel but when I checked in, I wanted to stay more, the hotel is amazing specially the last floor, the view is fantastic, the staff were great

First for my check in I had to stay 30 minutes as they did not have my name on their reservation list! second, I asked for a double bed and they gave me two single beds however I they didn’t care about my request third, there was a man who was staying infront of my room all the time whenever I open my door I see him stairing at me which was not fun at alll and was sooo creepy! I talked to the receptionist about it and they said its the hotel rules to have this man! forth, My sistet came to me to talk to me and they did not allow her to come upstairs to me and said its the hotel rules!! and after i spoke to every single person in the hotel they allowed her for 30 minutes! fifth, I ordered a lemon juice and after two hours came to me the worst juice ever which I did not even drink it! sixth, whenever I leave the hotel or enter the hotel the security has to know my room number and that made me feel as if I was in a prison not a hotel! seventh, the breakfast was really bad it was left over food from the previous day for sure as it was tooo cold and not even rgular type of food that supposed to be at any hotel! I will NEVER go back to this hotel

Dishonest Receptionist!
We have booked a family suite which includes 1 king size bed and 2 single beds + living area. Upon arrival the receptionist allocated us in a regular suite which has only one king bed and living area, we asked for the 2 single bed, then he said we will move you to another suite, after collecting our stuff and waiting for about 30 mins, they took us to a suite which has 2 single beds and living area. Again contacted them and explained that we need what we have booked (1 king and 2 singles), it was taking long and we had to go to a party so we have left them with promise to get this issue sorted by the time we are back. We returned back before midnight and nothing was done, the receptionist claimed that we wanted the suite with king bed not the 2 single beds. I showed him the reservation details which clearly states that the suite includes 1 king bed and 2 single beds. He said they have no suites with this specifications, as then demanded them to provided 2 roll in single beds, he offered only one bed, which was really poor judgment from his side, we were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and I asked where do you expect the 2nd child to sleep then, he said there is a sofa. By then I realised that talking to him is worthless, I asked to talk to a manger, who instructed him to give us a family suite. I was really very disappointed as we were not given what we have booked from the start and with the receptionist saying more than 5 times they have no such thing as family suite!!

Excellent.
Everyone is very kind. The rooms are immaculate. Breakfast is not that great but there's a cafe in the hotel, so you can order stuff from there like freshly squeezed orange juice, capuccino, etc. WiFi doesn't work all the time. I missed an invitation bec the wifi was not working the day I was there. You can not make long distance phone calls from your bedroom but you can do it from the reception. Everyone tries to help you. If you need a taxi, they get one for you. Also, it's in Henilopolus, in the way to the airport, so has easy access. I was at the Hilton but I moved to this hotel bec the cleannes at the was horrible. After being here, I travel for two months and came back to this hotel, because of their cleanness and professionalism.

The stay was not comfortable, the hotel cannot be entiteled to four stars and customer rating 4 out of 5 is also over rated. The staff is friendly, rooms big, sunny, but extremely old and out of date. The hotel is not clean!!! I asked for the adopter for the phone three times during one evening, but did not receive it. the next day when i checked with the reception, they just told me they do not keep any in the hotel.

Excellent hotel, reasonably priced.
I was exhausted on arrival, having spent 7 days in Jordan visiting Syrian refugee camps etc. The Triumph Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Because of the inexpensive price, I was expecting very basic bed and breakfast. No - this was an international standard hotel with cheerful, efficient staff at every level. My stay was bliss.

It has been a below expectation the room was smoking room the man at the reception did not bother asking wether I need smoking or none smoking room the toilet is soiled with water due to a leak which I have reported but they did not do any thing about it I asked for Iron they brought very dirty one which damaged my shirt the hotel accommodate marriage parties and this very noisy and does not take any respect to the residents the over all experience is below.
