Hotel is convenient and has a great breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and roomy.

We loved the hotel minus the Breakfast...They didn't have anything to eat at 8am.

“Acceptable”

The place was satisfactory, everything I expect a two-star hotel to be. The people were outstanding, and very willing to help at every opportunity. The material condition was adequate, but not outstanding. There was no High Speed internet access in the room, but the front desk does have wireless cards for laptops. It did not work for my computer, but the folks at the hotel were very helpful in trying to help. The hotel is quite near a lot of restaurants.

“Decent Hotel for the price”

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now while doing business in Malibu. For the price range, it is the best place to stay in the area. It is obviously older and they are currently renovating to update it. The room is always clean and comfortable, though I would suggest asking for a room away from the interstate if road noise bothers you. The employees are always very friendly and willing to help out with anything needed. I will continue staying here when I travel to CA.

“very nice hotel in a great location, but don't expect air conditioning”

located in an upscale area, good breakfast. Our party had two rooms and the air conditioning didn't work in either room. the hallway was cool and it got cold at night, but our room never got below 75. good thing this was early June and not the middle of the summer.

“Would stay here again”

I stayed at this hotel in August 2007 and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was quite large with a big bathroom and living area. There is also a shopping center right next door with a couple of good restaurants in it.

This was a little older/dated/worn than some of the others we have stayed, but service was good and it was clean and comfortable.

“Great hotel but very poor broadband signal”

Great Hotel and Location but the broadband signal in most rooms is next to useless.

“Nice place, good location”

This property is located on a street with many local restaurants. Just across the street is a large outdoor mall with a movie theater, restaurants and grocery store. The hotel itself serves a decent hot breakfast. The rooms are clean and there is a small fitness center. The pool and hot tub are adequate. The front desk staff is helpful. Overall, a good place at a fair price.
