We were there for only two nights and were only there in the late evening. It was a comfortable sleep!

Freezing RoomPosted Jul 12, 2014
Location: 1000 Islands attractions and shopping districts
Room was very cold when we checked in. Had to actually turn on the heat to get the room comfortable.

We were not very happy with our room...Posted Jul 8, 2014
Cons: The smell of smoke in the hallways.
We had 2 rooms in this motel. One of the rooms was nice and clean. The other room was not clean and very small. The hallways smelled so bad of smoke. We are not smokers, so it was very disappointing. The rooms did not smell like smoke. We would not stay again. Sorry!!

not good, not bad for the rate we gotPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: only rate
Cons: breakfast area with items required to meet guest requirements
Location: we chose because of the attractions available nearby
Room is fine but not the toilet. Breakfast area was horrible and they should advertise breakfast as "first come first" because they didn't have enough to meet the guests' requirements. Coffee, quality was horrible.

Would stay againPosted Jun 27, 2014
I chose this hotel because it was so close to base and with my husband retiring didn't want to stay too far away. When we got there the room was big enough for my husband myself and our almost 2 yr old and 9 month old to play with their toys and have plenty of room plus the bathtub had a stopper so they could take a bath as well which was great and everyday we had very friendly cleaning ladies that came and changed the towels out and made the beds and changed the sheets and anything we needed we just had to call and ask for. They do have a laundry service that charges $8.08 per load after tax and he wash dry and fold it for you they don't use fabric softener or fragranced detergent but it was convient since we were on the go all the time

Nice hotel....close to Fort Drum!!!Posted Jun 16, 2014
We went to visit out daughter. She is stationed at Fort Drum, N.Y. The hotel was close and I would recommend it to anyone. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit! :-)

Disappointing hotel close to Drum.Posted Jun 12, 2014
Pros: Close to Fort Drum, pet friendly and friendly staff.
Cons: Bathrooms need to be totally renovated.
Location: About 2 miles from the Iraqi Freedom gate of Fort Drum. McDonald's about 300ft away and a Walmart across the street.
Stayed in a 2 queen bedroom. The mattresses could have been more comfortable, the floor of the bathroom was dirty, the bathroom sink and tub would not drain for 30 minutes, and the toilet did not flush properly. During a shower black flakes started falling into the water pooling in bathtub from the cracks in the shower wall.

Good site for Thousand Islands AreaPosted Jun 2, 2014
Good site for Thousand Islands Area. Hotel staff very prompt when other guests were making loud noises and slamming doors at 12am. Ok for the price.
