The hottub was not working even though it was advertised as having a hottub. There was sludge on the bottom of the tub. The door had a huge gap in it and you could open it with your shoulder if you pushed hard.

The stay was ok food in the bar was very good The breakfast bar looked good although we did not have breakfast The heater fan on the room was quite noisy throughout the night Hard to say what the condition of the grounds were like as there was about 10in of snow Over all the stay was ok no real complaints

Unimpressed that the hot tub is out of order and we were not told at check in. After a long drive we changed and went down in our bathing suits only to discover it is having “yearly maintenance” At minimum it would have been nice to be told at check in Room is adequate but bathroom is ridiculously small.

Three of my elderly aunts and I made this trip to visit their sick brother (my uncle) and the staff were extremely accommodating from recommendations of moving to the main building without an additional charge, recommendations of good local cuisine, and allowing us and another 10 family members to gather in the breakfast area in the evening where we ordered our supper in and visited for several hours. We are so very thankful to the staff for their kindness and flexibility! This was appreciated by all of us at a difficult time.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and upgraded our room. All the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was hot and had a great variety. I wasnt aware that the hot tub was no longer working so that was a little disappointing

Was a perfect spot with close access from the highway. Excellent breakfast selection. Hotel is older, but clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing and so helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

The room was filthy. Bed was slept in and unmade. Hotel staff sarcastically asked “ what would you like me to do?” and offered to charge us more for a different room. Property was run down. Abandoned our booking. Frustrating.

This is an older hotel with dark hallways and small rooms. If someone was sitting at the desk, you had to crawl across bed to get to the washroom. A chair without arms at the desk would certainly help to alleviate this problem. The curtains on the window do not fit properly with too much light coming into the room and adversely affecting your privacy-very annoying - (bring pins or clothespins to close your curtains). The hot tub was under repair (disappointing) and the elevator quit a few times. Best- the breakfast with a very nice friendly Irish lady looking after everyone. The women at the front desk were very nice and helpful as were all the cleaning staff.
