I have been staying awaiting my house to be ready. Breakfast is actually more than a muffin and a juice such as others are doing. Staff if all friendly and have gone out of their way to make my stay wonderful. My dog has almost become a mascot!

Lots of screaming children,we avoided the pool and hot tub because of the kaos .a lot of unsupervised children.

Hotel room was spacious and for the most part clean. Beds were comfy. Pool had way too much chlorine - our eyes were burning. Bathrooms could use some extra cleaning in the pool area. Breakfast options were great - hot and cold options but due to it being super busy in the morning we were it was pretty scarce. Would stay here again though.

Stayed 4 nights and got no room service. Had to ask twice to have our bedding changed and new towels but didn’t get it. Our door never properly closed, the lock was broken. When we checked in, the smell was so bad in the room that the other family we travelled with cancelled their booking and went elsewhere. I unfortunately couldn’t do that because my booking was not refundable. Otherwise I would have.

The room was very clean and large. Staff were awesome. Only problems were peoples dogs were aloud to wander the lobby freely, it needed vacuuming. There were some hockey players staying so it got quite noisy at times

The only suggeations i would say is to make sure the towels are stocked in the pool area and trll housekeeping to chexk under beds for stuff, my son dropped something and it went under the bed and we found someone dirty sock. The staff was very friendly.

The service was friendly and efficient. The place was average at best in terms of cleanliness, and the state of the property. The location was industrial. If you're looking for a quick in and out of Calgary for a low price, it will suffice.

Picked this hotel for a one night stay, and the kids in the suite above us kept us from falling asleep until 1 am as you could hear every step the kids took. Someone must have been pacing back and forth, and banging, and despite calling the front desk closer to mid-night it didn't stop. Finally my son in law went up and asked them to keep it down, and when they did not answer he went to the front desk. Rooms were fairly clean, but there are pet scratch marks all over the back of the doors. The pool area had brown grime all over the walls in the pool and hot tub, so when the bubbles in the hot tub were on we noticed brown bubbles. A part from the bottom of the hot tub was floating in it while we were in there so we only stayed a few minutes. The staff were very nice, it's affordable, so for a one night stay it did the trick, but I'm not sure I'd go there again.

It was a good experience; its hot tub was good after a long day travelling, and breakfast was good except for the poor taste of coffee. The staff wasn't friendly. They weren't welcoming, and it was like they were unhappy working there; this hotel should have a workshop for its staff explaining how to be more welcoming and smiling. The other thing which seemed so weird was that the check in staff didn't check our IDs and just checked th Credit cards 😳so what about other guests IDs??? Nobody checked.

Conveniently located next to a great middle eastern grocery store. Good amenities, room was clean and comfortable, staff were lovely. The breakfast room was very busy with little space to accommodate the demand.
