“Friendly staff”
The staff is very friendly. The lounge staff, especially, makes an effort to learn your name and help you out with your trip and things - places to go. They make it a home away from home.
“Nice hotel, but the service was brutal...”
It was a nice room, had a clean lobby & such, and we got an alright deal on it... But, we had to pay for Wifi in our room if we wanted to use the internet. Otherwise we had to go down to the lobby. Not to mention, guests are required to pay for parking. The first vehicle should be free, and then you should have to pay for parking thereafter. Plus local calls cost extra too. KEEP IN MIND, THERE ARE LOTS OF EXTRA COSTS THEY DON'T MENTION UP FRONT!! It took more than one phone call to the front desk to get extra towels, and even then it took a bit of time to get the towels. Also, room service was crap at 3am. They screwed up our order, didn't answer the phone after the first time I got through to place my order, and it took forever to get. When I mentioned at the front desk that it wasn't the best of stays to the girl I was checking out with, she didn't try to do anything to rectify it. Just said "oh, sorry about that." I don't think I'll be back there again anytime soon.
“Clean, quiet and comfortable”
The hotel itself was very nice and we liked the location adjacent to China Town. The rooms were spacious. Ours lacked an ottoman to go with the lounge chair. This feature would have made it that much more comfortable. The only person we were unimpressed with was the Concierge. He was not at all helpful when we called from the airport to inquire about transportation, which, incidentally, the hotel does not provide.
“Nice Hotel and freindly staffs”
I booked both the hotel and flight through Expedia and saved a lot on hotel reservation.Great location. The room was clean. The hotel's staffs were helpful. I will recommend it.
“Delta Bow”
Nice hotel, not connected to the main +15's so need to walk outside in cold weather. Just closed the gift/sundry shop so need to walk a couple of blocks for extra newspapers, toiletries, etc.
“good place to stay”
I was very satisfied with the hotel. Check-in was fast and friendly. I was thrilled that the bedsheets were not tucked in tightly under the mattress (one of my biggest pet peeves about every hotel I have ever stayed in). I would highly recommend this hotel.
“Great Hotel”
I can recommend this place. Very clean, nice, and quiet hotel room. Hotel location is great, walking distance to any place in the downtown area.
“Love this Hotel.”
This is a lovely Hotel close to downtown. The staff are awesome and make you feel very welcome. I have stayed here multiple and have never been disappointed.
“good-value basic accommodation.”
Convenient walking distance to a variety of points of interest, restaurants and transportation. Courteous staff. Great scenic view of Bow River. Reasonably priced.
“Very good but not perfect”
Pros: Overall a good experience. Great location, beautiful facilities in good order. Excellent personal service. Great breakfast. Cons: Pricey. No in-room safe, and having to pay for WI-FI was quite irritating in a hotel of this caliber.
