“Calgary's newest NE hotel, large rooms, excellent hotel”

Probably the best Calgary NE hotel, certainly the newest. Modern decor, large rooms, large flatscreen TVs, excellent bathrooms. I often travel to Calgary for business and will choose this hotel as my first choice when possible. Hotel restaurant is good. Tim's and Mcdonalds 200m away, great when traveling with the family.

“Great Hotel in Calgary”

The hotel was in a nice location, close to restaurants, gas stations and shopping centres. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice modern decor and comfortable beds. Our room had a king size bed, on the third floor and was very clean and equipped with a flat screen tv, remote control with closed captioning options which was convenient for my deaf husband, free internet connection, a small fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. The bathroom was clean and bright and had a hair dryer. Overall the stay was great, we availed of the restaurant in the hotel that had room service. They gave us a complementary beer tasting as a gift. I would stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone. We also got it for a very low price considering the quality of this hotel.

“Better than expected”

It took a while to find the hotel because of the poor directions from the rental car agency. But when I called to find my way, the hotel clerk was very patient and got me there quickly. It was very comfortable and check in was a breeze.

“Very modern styling”

Hotel has a very modern style to it. The room was very IKEA-like (in a good way) with bins instead of drawers, and furniture and lighting styles. Only drawback was room service. They automatically tack on a 17% tip (which is normally reserved for above average service) PLUS they add a $4 room delivery charge. That's basically tipping the waiter twice in my books.

“Highly recommended...”

My husband and I stayed at this hotel only one night but I could have easily stayed longer. We were passing through so decided not to pick the five star hotel that we normally stay at downtown. This hotel is brand new, sparkling clean and very comfortable. The bed was fabulous; I slept like a rock. And...the price was lower than the other hotel that we normally choose in Calgary. The service, including in the restaurant, is very friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our good friends and family!

“One of the best homes away from home....”

This property was immaculate. The rooms are large and perfect for business travel; or for a family stop over. The staff are very friendly. The pool is great; we pretty much had it to ourselves. The hot tub wasn't working, but the steamroom and sauna were fantastic. The beds are incredible.....one of the few hotels where I sleep like I am at home. Ric's Grill is attached to the property. Tim Hortons and McDonald's are a quick step away. I would recommend this hotel to all travellers.

“Great place to stay”

This is an excellent hotel. It was clean, very modern, and remarkably quiet. They must have put extra sound-proofing in the walls. Even though "Airport" is in the hotel name, the hotel is very convenient to downtown Calgary. Driving during non-rush hour times, we were downtown in 10 minutes. A huge shopping area is even closer. Access from major highways is very easy. We heard airplanes occassionally, but it was never a bother.
