“perfect stay”

Everything was perfect,from check-in to check-out. Large room and extremely clean. Complementary ride to airport even at 5am. Maybe a little pricey but you pay for what you get.

“Comfortable Room convenient distance to Airport”

I booked this hotel a month in advance which I was told was late to book for the City's big Stampede event. There was no problem and everything went smoothly. The people were very friendly and helpful. Also appreciated the free shuttle to and from the Airport regardless of the hour. The room was spacious and bright...the bed was very comfortable...the room very clean. Only downside was that I could hear every conversation in the hallway...even if people spoke softly. But that was only downside. Internet worked great...anything I needed was provided in Minutes.

“Another Great Hilton Garden Inn”

We often stay at Hilton Garden Inns, and once again, we were very happy with this one in Calgary. We always feel pampered.

“Just okay”

We attempted to check in after 3:00 (check in time posted online) and the room was not ready. We had to wait over an hour in the lobby for the room to be ready although we were told it would only be about 20 minutes. The air conditioning unit in the room was not working well and the room was warm as a result. We were told they were all booked up for the night, so switching rooms was not an option. The bed, "the Garden Sleep System", was horrible and saggy. The controls that were supposed to adjust firmness did not affect the bed at all. The location to the airport is good and the breakfast buffet was very good. We would look elsewhere before considering staying here again due to the lack of comfort and the room not being ready on time.
