Excellent hotel with urban feel.

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: very urban feel and our room even had a kitchen with all necessary appliances.
Cons: in room phone could be better
Location: nearby grocery store, clothing stores and it's close by to everything in downtown.
Great staff, great location and extremely well kept. Some of the ammenities like the in room phone didn't work and someone stole our HDMI cable, but the staff was extremely helpful and made our stay awesome. Would definetely come back.

Boutique hotel in downtown

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Cons: The blinds were black out which made room dark in day. Would be nice if also had sheers to let in daylight but provide some privacy.
Stayed for 3 nights on road trip to coast with my daughter. Small hotel with room that was small bachelor with full kitchen. Close to downtown core and restaurants. Safeway across the street for groceries. Room had everything we needed but overlooked a busy street. No elevator although staff helped with our luggage when we checked I. Indoor parking available for extra charge one block away. My daughter would stay here with her boyfriend in future.

Awesome hotel highly recommend

Amazing boutique hotel, beautiful rooms, friendly front staff, quite safe and secure, modern decor. I highly recommend, I'll stay here again! Only downside for some is no elevator but we don't mind going up the stairs. Love this hotel!

Awesome place

Posted Aug 30, 2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: Parking could be closer, but the arrangement (garage one block away) was still easy.
Location: Within walking distance ot everything in Calgary (about 20 min to the waterfront, which is as far as there is to go).
Great place within waling distance to everything in Downtown Calgary. right across the street from a grocery store. Clean, spacious rooms with kitchen. Greta value and friendly staff!

Poor parking facilities

Posted Aug 26, 2014
They ran out of on-site parking and we had to park at another site and walk 1.5 blocks back to our room. Very poor design and very inconvenient. Will not return.

A functional place to stay.

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: The bed in the room was strange, as it was on a platform that was just the right height to bump your shins.
Location: Good breakfast restaurant nearby
Easy to find from Calgary airport. Reasonable price, but room was not that great.

Great Rooms, Great Location, but lacking..

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Location: Close to many restaurants, shopping, supermarkets and liquor stores.
I stayed at the hotel for the night of the concert. I was initially very impressed for the location, how modern the room was, how convenient it was to have a kitchen when the hotel is located right beside a liquor store and safeway! But as the night progressed I started noticing some flaws in the room, the shower leaked out into the bathroom, the paintings on the wall fell off from not being nailed in properly, the dials on half the appliances were not even attached, just sitting there (aka not functional). The biggest pet peeve I had was the ac. The rooms only had portable ac units and the night I was staying at was a 30C night. The room never cooled down to a reasonable temperature, we were sweating the entire night. Overall It was okay, I wouldn't recommend staying there during summer because of the ac.

This is a great "boutique" hotel - newer finishes

Posted Jul 30, 2014
Newly renovated, great location, the rooms are suites with kitchen facilities including dishwashers. There's no elevator, so if you can't handle stairs, this may not be the hotel for you. Otherwise I was pleasantly surprised.

Downtown-Hotel, noisy room #203 (next to street!)

Posted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: -
Cons: -
Location: -
The reception girl (Diane) was super friendly and helpful!!! Unfortunately, the A/C was useless and noisy. Since the day of my visit on 20 July 2014 was very hot and the A/C was not working, I had to keep my window open, which increased the noise level even more because the room I stayed in (#203) was next to a busy street.
