“Ultimate in Convenience”

I picked this Hotel based on its location being the closest to Family I was visiting. The Hotel is clean, quiet and the fridge, steam iron and TV all worked. There are a few fast food places within walking distance, as well as a liquor store. There's a Real Canadian Superstore, Scotiabank, Petro-Canada and Tim Hortons all within a 5-min drive too. This hotel met all my needs for my trip.

“Service Beyond”

A screw up by our auto rental company forced us to take call the motel for a shuttle bus. It was late and there bus had stopped running for the evening. The manager of the hotel called (and paid) for a taxi to the the hotel. He offered to take us back to the airport in the morning with his shuttle. However, he also suggested, that we might check with Enterprise which was located next door. We did so in the AM and rented our car from them. No hassle, just service!

Very pleased with the room and the staff, they went out of their way to ensure my room was ready prior to their normal check in time due to me arriving ealry.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. They quickly checked us in, informed us of the 24 hour refreshments & wished us a pleasant stay. They also helped us confirm our return flight & seating on the plane, which we greatly appreciated. They went out of their way to make our stay a happy one.

The room was average & OK but it was close to several restaurants & also has a restaurant & lounge on-site for those that want to stay in in the evenings.

- Overall, clean and efficient. - Good location, for the NW part of the city. - Checkout time is 11 am, but I had a late afternoon flight and asked if I could check out at noon (without extra charges). The clerk granted that immediately. - The only thing I didn't like was the piano player in the lobby that played random notes. As a musical person I found it annoying.

“Normal, nothing special in particular”

It's a nice hotel, nothing much to say... only that the shower is a bit slippery so watch out for that. And the best thing is that next to them they have a car rental company.

A nice hotel. The food was excellent in the restaurant on the first floor. The only thing is that is not very close to the airport. But that is not a big thing, as there is a free shuttle service.
