“Excellent room!”

My only complaint was the desk personnel. When checking in, walking past the room, checking out, they made me feel like they were put iut to have to wait on us, to the point of being rude. We would say good morning, good evening...where is their customer service??? Had we not said these things, they woul dhave not spoken to us at all. However, the room was excellent, perfect for our needs. Location worked out well. All in all, excellent stay. Thank you!

“Awesome deal in Downtown Calgary”

Absolutly awesome downtown hotel. Very economic but also very nice. In a great area, very safe. Huge room with full kitchen. Comfy beds and bathtubs....not expecting much for the price I paid but was very very pleasently suprised with a beautiful room and great service!!

We were extremely satisfied with our short stay in Calgary at the Regency Suites both with the accomodations and the price.

“Comfortable and clean”

The suite was spacious and had eveything needed for comfort, including fresh ground coffee instead of the disgusting stale instant variety usually found in hotel bedrooms, The desk staff were polite and helpful. I would certainly go back.

“Better than expected”

I searched for the cheapest because it was an urgent 1 day trip then when i went there i was surprised and the facilities were great . I tool one bedroom with wifi and i thought that i am in a 5 start hotel . The price is reasonable and the service is very good .

“Great place to stay”

A very nice hotel in a great location. close to airport, cruise ship facility, shopping, etc. Friendly, helpful staff and clean, quite, spacious rooms. A great place to stay! My son and daughter (ages 19 and 17) and I stayed here. My daughter and I had a bed each in the bedroom, and my son slept on the hide-a-bed in the living room. Everyone was comfortable and happy.

“Excellent accomdations, good location, great price”

If you're looking for very nice accommodations, located in downtown Calgary, plus with a reasonable cost this is the place for you. Both times we stayed our room had a fully functional kitchen, furniture and decor where up to date and in excellent condition. While it doesn't have an in house restaurant and/or lounge there are several very close by which are fantastic.

“"Great Value"”

Our large apartment-sized suite had 2 large bedrooms and 1 good sized bathroom. It was less expensive than what other downtown hotels in the same area were charging. The kitchen had everything needed (full stove, full fridge, dishwasher and microwave) and it was nice to have the separate dining area and living room areas. The front desk staff were friendly and the Mac's store next door sold groceries and had a Subway inside. Overall this hotel is good value for the money,
