“Excellent Value”

At least a 4 1/2 star hotel. Very freindly service. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Excellent expedia rates compared to other Calgary hotels. I think because it was off season. Good location too.

Very good hotel and excellent location to visit Saddledome and Sampede grounds. Staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel. The location wasn't the most convenient but it was workable for what I needed to do. The staff was outstanding in aranging a car rental and at answering any question. The Business Office was most helpful.

“Bow River Spectacular Hotel”

Great hotel and an excellent location on the Bow River. Downtown location near the river is great. The rooms and bedding were great. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We would stay here again as a first choice.

“Wedding Destination”

We stayed here for a wedding recently - the service was amazing, from the concierge in the hotel, to the wait staff for the reception and dinner. Clearly a team of customer service professionals. Two thumbs up, there aren't enough good things to say about the staff. Great location, nice rooms and beds.

Everyone was very helpful and cheerful. The hotel is in a great area with good restaurants and a park just across the river. Great pub attached to the hotel with great live music during the weeknights.

Close (walking distance) to great restaurants and all major companies downtown. ONly negative was business centre was not staffed so unable to use in a hurry to print boarding pass.
