Pros: Everything
Location: Very Central
Really enjoyed the hotel services and the attention you receive going in and out of the hotel. We were treated with kindness and when it came to knowing where to go around tiwn they were very informative and gave us safe locations to sightsee along with getting us a taxi to take us to and from the hotel. I am definitely recommending this hotel to future friends and family.

Hotel was great. Nice quality breakfast as part of the room rate. Good staff but need to be a bit better for English speaking people. Could not tell if they understood you at times. Ok area and near to the city metro system which is above ground. Internet access and nice pool and jaccuzzi. Friendly staff but most have limitied English.

This was a good location close to a safe business district, and just a few minutes away from a business meeting location. The amenities were decent although not extraordinary. I had a suite, which was great, and priced very reasonably. The room was "airy" with a wrap-around balcony all around. While the inside was very clean, I think that balcony lacked some attention. However, it provided a nice view of the surrounding area. Good location, which served its purpose (resting). My room option included internet option, which did not work. The phone itself did not work either. The telly had a very bad reception as well. Those were disappointing aspects, especially because the room was otherwise very nice. I was charged for the room again upon checking out...although the hotel had been paid for on this site. However, Hotels.com took care of that issue for me in a very efficient time.

Four Points Sheraton is the ideal hotel if your business/pleasure has you spending time in the North or West of Cali. The hotel is what you would expect from a business hotel in the United States. If you are going to be spending time in the South of Cali, this hotel may be a bit far and the Radisson would be the better choice.
