Need improved just for downtown peoplePosted Aug 9, 2014
Cons: Elavator, air condition and talk with miss Lady
Location: Is in downtown figure it out.
If you are a woman, avoid in the front desk the woman with glasses her name "Lady" and while young she acts like a boss. In our stay...she was nice with my husband but not professional or diligent with me ..or with other women either....about the hotel we had to open the windows sometimes at night to get some air because we don't have air condition and FYI not all the rooms have it....they don't have elevator and the strairs by each floor you have to take around 20 steps .....breakfast is ok only hot drink with arepa or bread and eggs, choice- of fruit- or cereal.....cleaning is ok but ...for location and service and quality this hotel is a 2.8 stars.

In the heart of downtown markets (mercados)Posted May 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel is walking distance of Plaza Caicedo and Iglesia La Merced. The streets are non stop stalls and mercados. Very busy and noisy but we found it interesting. The hotel staff was very very helpful and friendly. They helped us set up a city tour and were always happy to answer our many questions even in our limited Spanish. The breakfast was good and all the food at the restaurant was excellent. For a reasonable fee we were picked up at the airport and taken back. We felt safe anywhere we walked during the day time.

Clean, good priced hotel but neighborhood sketchyPosted Aug 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was really more of a 2.5 to 3 star. Hotel was clean and staff nice. WIFI worked fine in the room. Hotel price was very good but there is no parking garage if someone visits you have to park a couple of blocks away and the streets are empty at night. During the day this central part of the city is covered with street vendors. I thought the price was good but due to the location and parking problems my friends in Cali did not want to drive in this part of the city at night.

A hotel that does the job.Posted Jun 18, 2013
Pros: The staff.
Cons: Newer facilities.
The staff was really really nice and friendly. Good...not great, but good lunch and breakfast. Clean room...and again, the staff was really helpful, professional and nice.
