Hotel close to the city life.

Pros: Personnel and service..
Cons: Can't think of anything..
Location: Downtown is very close, nice restaurants, bars, churches. This is the most central hotel in Cali.
I love this hotel. I've been staying there for over 30 years.

Very quiet ,very clean,extremly attentive staff,politeness everywhere,good restaurants with excelent service.A place where the standard is making the client a real huesped.Great organization at the height of any of the very good places I have been around the world.Can't say enough good things about it !

Our stay at the Intercontinental was very enjoyable. The front desk staff were very helpful with information and a number of requests. Food in the hotel was very good. The breakfast buffet served both hot and cold items. Many of the hot items changed on a daily basis. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel. More printed infromation in the room would have been beneficial. When talking with the spa staff, we learned we could get a free 20 minute facial and that the suana an hottub area were available to us as well (it is located in the spac building). Although I thought the price was high, I would stay again given the experiences we had.

Nice Hotel But Service Needs to Improve

The service was poor at check-in. The lady doing the check-in was either too tired or too unhappy at her job. The manager at this hotel must train his employees to make sure the first impression (check-in) is the best. Service is very important. The Hotel is nice, rooms are quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. Good location. If they can improve their customer service at check-in and train their outside security guards to be polite, then this hotel has a potential to be very good.

Good hotel, located in centre of Cali

Pros: location, comfort, meals
Visiting friends in Cali, the Intercontinental is located very central in a safe area of the city. I've stayed a few times here and all the staff are very friendly and helpful - speaking English as my Spanish is not too good. Restaurant is good - excellent and plentiful buffet breakfast. The hotel and room is excellent - very comfortable and clean and the room service meals were excellent - and not overly expensive

The service was Excellent! The hotel was an above average business hotel. The free wifi was very helpful and economical for a small business. I will utilize this hotel again when conducting business in Cali.

The staff is nice and helpful. Very nice pool but at 24 °C the water is fresh. Bed side electrical outlets not working.
